  2. Fighting is part of hockey, and the fact recorded fighting majors and stats are down literally 70% from the 2011 season to 2022 is upsetting. The Department Of Player Safety is trying to take fighting out of hockey all due to concussion and CTE concerns. In a sport with full physical contact. Shit is stupid, I miss line brawls and Goalie fights. There is such little grit and tenacity these days in the league.
