No international game this week. What am I supposed to do for the first four hours of my Sunday? Talk to my family?
Can someone with a better understanding of IR rules explain something? I just remembered that Nazeeh Johnson and Jake Briningstool both got the “IR with designation to return” status at the start of the season. I recall hearing about a new-ish rule about how many guys can have this status and for how long but I’m still a bit lost. Is there a certain point of the season when this status gets converted to season-ending IR? Curious about this because I’m wondering how likely it is that either of them are on the active roster sometime this season.
