This is starting to get RIDICULOUS from him….

All right, it’s going to be a shorter video today. The Conucks lose yet again. This time in a game where they really had control for a majority of the first half. And I thought they were going to close this one out, but a couple of bad penalties late in the second period. Montreal has a ton of good weapons. They’re very lethal on that power play. They go two for two. They carry that momentum through in the third period and go up 4 to2. The Canucks have a late push back as they normally do, but it’s too little too late. They fall four to three to the Habs. I do like the Habs, but as a Conucks fan, this game does suck because it’s games like these where, you know, you have to capitalize. You have to get those two points. Habs on their third game in four nights, and they kind of just piss this one away. I’m starting to get a little bit restless when it comes to a couple players on this Vancouver Conucks roster. First guy is obviously a Vander Kane. He’s a glaring one because he’s always the center of attention for the wrong reasons, taking bad penalties. Had a couple good looks, but I think he missed the net about 10 times today in the slot. It is getting a little bit aggravating to watch. Then you have the guys on this team that in my opinion are just complete passengers. They don’t really do anything on any given night. For a large majority of the start of the season, that was Drew Connor. But at least he’s starting to skate a little bit more and create some chances. He doesn’t really have much of a finishing touch at all. So I would really like to see him work on that because man, he gets chances, but he cannot score to save his life. Another guy that I’m getting a little bit tired of is RD Baines. I mean, come on. He doesn’t have a goal this year. He has one goal in 30 NHL games in his career. Beyond that though, he just kind of doesn’t really do anything. So, I don’t know what the deal is there. I know we’re injured, so we have to play all these guys that aren’t regular NHL players, but it just sucks, man, that this team is so depleted. But, it is what it is. At least Person had himself a good game. Three-point night, goal, and two assists. So, I guess that’s something hopefully can build off of and, you know, maybe spark himself back into his old self. But, this was definitely a good game for him. Newly acquired Kuck Lucas Reichel also made his debut today. And you know what? for never having practiced with these guys, played with any of these players, being announced the Vancouver Cross about 24 hours ago, he didn’t look that bad. I thought he had a couple of decent looks, and filling a second line center role is no joke. It wasn’t an incredible game for him by any means, but I’m willing to give him some time to adjust and marinate with this Vancouver Conucks club because I do think that a 23-year-old who was dropped in the first round has some potential there. So, we’ll see. Other than that though, what else? Lankin in I think he was a little bit poor in that third period. could have saved maybe the third or fourth goal. The first two, I mean, I’ll give it to him. That’s a power play goal back door. Not much you can do there. But the main thing is the penalties. He took three offensive zone penalties that you really shouldn’t have had to take because you’re up two nothing and it cost you the game. It’s annoying, but I mean, we keep moving.   1. Demko saves 2 of those easy . I was at the game and watching lanky throw himself out of position is so noticeable when you’re used to watching Demko. These goalies are world class athletes. Start giving Demko 85% of the games unless he is feeling fatigued .

  6. Ive said it before and ill say it again.. Kane will go back to oilers by trade deadline for a 4th or 5th. Canucks ate 5 million salary for them for no reason.

  19. Why, oh why did we let the Oilers off the hook with Kane? I was willing to give him a fair bit of runway, but so far this guy is careening towards total crash and burn.
    Keeping Suter would have been so much smarter.

  25. Bains shouldn’t be there period. Kane needs to be physical and mean & hard to play against more than he needs to score, otherwise he’s useless and the rest of the team is soft. Who’s ever thought of him as a goal scorer? Nobody. Yes DOC is completely useless but hey, he can skate so throw him out there. It’s getting to a point where a Hughes trade might be the only thing that can save this teams future. Nobody has any skill or trade value so unless the prospects magically become NHL players, they’re screwed for a while 🤷🏼‍♂️

  26. All those dummies that wanted the Abby players from last years “championship run” brought up are seeing what happened when you let minor leaguers on your pro team. Couldn’t happen to a better team with the worst “fan” base.

  27. Kane has gotta go. This was the concern, he always takes sucky penalties. The hope was that he’d either provide some better scoring or he’d stand up for the team but he’s done none of that. All that plus the lingering personal stuff that’s a PR team’s worst nightmare, I don’t know why we’re bothering. I’ve yet to see anything worth keeping that Dak or even Mikheyev couldn’t have provided. Even at the height of his slump, Mikheyev wasn’t making dumb giveaways like what Kane’s been up to. It’s one thing to be doing nothing, it’s another thing to be an active liability out there. I wanted to give Kane a shot and see if he could be a good player, but the verdict might be out.

  29. Alvin & Rutherford are brilliant. Remember the team we had a few years ago? this is a far cry from that. Outside of Sherwood I really don’t think any of the moves they’ve made have improved this team. Hughes will be gone by the end of next season and we’ll be stuck with EP40’s albatross contract. maybe we’ll hock a first rounder to get it off the books in like 2030 😂 this franchise is a joke. Nice to see Bo playing well in long island. We could sure use an actual top line centre right now instead of whatever the fuck management is trying to pawn off as one

  35. The facts are that there are two players that are worthwhile on this team Hughes and EP40 with some potential in some of the youngsters.
    But: DO NOT ask a star player to perform when surrounded by a bunch of 3rd or 4th liners.
    1. Tocchet almost destroyed them with trying to re-wire. Low-scoring BS. Hating East-West style.
    2. Foote (Tocchet's copy & friend) may also be poison for an offensive team. He must allow 60% offensive zone starts for EP40. ~23 min / game.
    They are not a Stanley Cup play-off team unless Hughes and EP40 pulls them in by sheer will.
    Kneel. All of you. I have spoken.

  36. Letting go of Silovs for essentially nothing, then signing Kane is peak Canucks. JFC I'm done wasting my time and money on this club. Boring, boring boring.
