Basically espn puts these markers on the players and sometimes the puck on power plays. It’s really annoying

I really appriciate the fact they labeled the “more ice” section. As a Canadian who grew up on hockey, I finally have the answers I have always been looking for. Now I know that ice that isn’t being occupied by players is still ice
