San Jose Sharks at Minnesota Wild | FULL Overtime Highlights – October 26, 2025
to get that kind of production. Three assists for Faber after last night and his comments and to bounce back, make a statement. New look for Minnesota to open. They’ve gone with Erikson to start just about every overtime for the last couple of years. This time it’s Rossi with Capriov and Faber. You have to think some of this is cuz celery is not out on the ice. Exactly. I asked this afternoon if he’s one of those guys that you have to respect like a Conor McDavid and he said, “Yeah, I think so.” Cabbrini the total package. He can shoot, he can dish, he can beat you one-on-one. Rossi wins the draw against Ecklund. The wild start with possession. Brock Faber comes out. Faber Capriov Rossi for Minnesota. That is going to be the hero. Rossi gives it to Faber. Eight points so far on the night for these three wild players combined. Capri works wide centered for Rossi. It was deflected. Faber racing over. Got there just in time to dissip and then Capri takes it away for Minnesota. Capri stops at neutral ice because Faber’s heading to the bench. He’ll be replaced by Spurgeon. Baldi jumps on the ice for Minnesota. Baldi waits for Ericson to join. Fresh troops for Minnesota. Same three for San Jose. Ericson moves in. Cut off by Liiligrin. Ericson works up high. Hands it off to Baldi. Baldi against Ecklund. Circles the net. Baldi maintains the puck. He’s been a beast on the puck tonight. Gives to Spurgeon. The Minnesota captain. Cuts to the slot. Hands it off to Ericson. Back for Spurgeon. Spurgeon into the corner to Erikson. Now to Baldi. Ericson has it. Minute and a half gone by in the overtime. Spurgeon heads to the bench. Favors back on. Baldi to Favor. San Jose’s not been able to change a body. So it’s the same guys that took the draw. Ericson in centers and Favor’s denied by Escarov. Johansson controls. Ericson with it. He gives to Favor. Favor in. Leaves it for Ericson. Now it’s Johansson. Capri is back on for his second shift. Capriov to the slot. A shot is blocked, but he got it back. Gives to Johansson. [Applause] Johansson leaves for Capriov. Capriob cut off moves off the wall. Watched by Lil Jagrin as he moves to the slot. Gives to Johansson. Johansson spins back away from Wenberg. Just did hold the line. This time he’ll retreat. Feeds Faber. They’re back on the attack. Shark still can’t change. Capri off. Johansson. Johansson centers and Faber denied by Ascarov for a second time. Caprioff spins away from Eklan. gives to Johansson. Johansson looking, working, goes to Faber. Faber will pull it back out to center. Wild try to change again. Faber brings it in. Gives to Baldi. Baldi looking, waiting. Faber wants a change. Baldi hangs on to the puck as Spurgeon jumps over the boards. Sharks still haven’t changed. A centering pass just missed. Spurgeon. Baldi. Works to the slot. Gives to Spurgeon. Back for Baldi. Now to Capriov in the high slot. Capriov heads to the bench. Baldi for Spurgeon. Just missed. Sharks exhausted. This shift is three and a half minutes long. Baldi fires off the post. Second post hit by Baldi tonight. Sharks get one man to the bench. Baldi’s back in. Drops to Favor. Save Ascarov. And here comes Celebrating on the breakaway. Celebrating in. Scores. [Applause] 3 minutes and 40 seconds. The Wild possess this puck. San Jose dead tired. Can barely move. William Ackland goes to the bench. And that sets up a great look in the slot for Brock Faber. But the guy that comes on the ice celebrating, the only guy with any gas in the tank, picks this puck up off the Faber miss. Then he comes down. Quick shot. Five hole on Ballstead. And that’s why this guy’s a superstar. Gets the opportunity and he finishes it. But the Wild do everything but put the puck in the back of the net in overtime before Celibbrini skates down, enters the offensive zone for the first time and ends this game. [Music]

Celebrini 🥳 is a stud, amazing start to the year so far 🏒🚨👏🏼👏🏼. Let's Go Sharks 🦈.
The future is teal
What a OT, my god
Minnesota got the most boring OT strategy that doesn’t even work
16 seconds of dead silence after the Celebrini goal. Who is this Minnesota play-by-play announcer, and why is he such a terrible homer?
Celebrini celebrates like celebrity😂😂😂
Macklin Celebrini vs Wild:
– Games Played: 4
– Goals: 6
– Assists: 5
– Points: 11
– +/- Rating: +4
Wow ! A new superstar is blooming before our eyes!
I love how they talk about how you need to respect Celebrini and then he is the one who wins ❤️
One for the HOF reel.
Celebrini going to the Olympics. No way Team Canada leaves him off the team! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Go 🦈’s!! 😎
Sorry, that Celebrini dude looks good. Born and raised in MN. Signing Kaprisov was yet another in a long line of stupid decisions that MN teams made. The Wild, Twins, Twolves and vikings. Non stop signing players that are better than average to contracts as if they are great players. Its just terrible and this is the prime reason why MN mens pro teams will never win a championship. Bad decisions and players.
I know everyone is probably going to talk about Celebrini here, but can we also give a shoutout to Askarov bailing the sharks out on a couple of phenomenal saves that OT
Красивый овертайм.
A clear demonstration of the advantage of the near bench
Celebrini leads all Canadian players in points. Dude is 19 and is already a top five player. Bedard who? Celebrini is the generational player.
Celebrini with the Golden Gun!
askarov held the line lets go
Thats a FAFO moment. Just shoot the damn puck and don't need the perfect play.
3rd star: askarov for the clutch OT saves
2nd star: celebrini for scoring the OT winner
1st star: eklund, wennberg and liljegrent for that crazy 3:30+ shift
Are you not entertained lol go sharks
