The turnaround on attempts vs last year is wild. This is a good thing. Just need to hit these open shots.

  1. This formula is going to fail EPICALLY in the playoffs when everything grinds to a halt. As if Mike Brown is some guru coach with a system never seen in the NBA?

    We’re not the Warriors. The Celtics are the example. You play hellacious defense and you stymie that moronic style of basketball. Nobody are the Warriors with Klay and Curry. That type of offense is non-existent on other squads.

    That worked out well for teams without Steph and Klay in their peak.

    I’m already concerned about our new Coach.

  5. I agree. Are people actually getting concerned? The offense is now generating open shots, as opposed to last year where it felt like it was pulling teeth. Plus, this is a taste of what a 5 out offense looks like, which we have the personnel for. Just got actually hit the shots now

  6. Wow it truly doesn’t seem like we’re even shooting that much. ( I actually watch the full games) the shots aren’t forced and are usually open. We just gotta hit them.

  7. Not concerned. Only three games in. But is this really the team people want? A team that chucks up 54 3s? Shits boring to watch. Everyone made fun of the Celtics last year for their stubbornness. Again, only 3 games in, I expect them to not be this team long term

  8. Boston has shooters it seems like we can be on certain nights sometimes. 54 3’s vs Miami and only hitting 15 is crazy

  9. The New York Celtics? Painful watching all the misses yesterday…. At some point you have to drive to the hole and try something else. We still good, this is our year, let’s go!!!

  10. Just a few too many that were obvious settling as a whole just needed the shots to fall cause we got plenty of good ones.

    Edit: I dont like OG taking 13 shots with 12 of them being 3s. He is too damn big and athletic for that.

  13. So is this new generation kids asking Knicks need to shoot more 3 last season? Didn’t we see what happened to other team? I understand this is new era but if team is aiming to take more 3 than last year will not get us to the finals.

    And please, only 3 games…. Let’s give them at least 20 games before we decide what this team is about.
