Might have been the catch of the game. There were plenty great ones though. But this one stood out to me due to situation, timing of db arrival, my boys fire response afterwards. Big time play.
Hutch is starting to give Kevin Walters vibes, and that isn’t a bad thing IMO
It was one of my takeaways from the training camp. So glad it carried over to actual games. Happy for him!
The balls. He must have seen that defender coming and went up and got it anyways. I get it, different NFL today but still, there was a chance of a big clean hit that would have been tough for any NFL player to absorb and would, at the very least, put our pedestrian behinds in the hospital or at least bed rest for a week.
Honestly everybody stepped up this week, oline not giving up a sack (regardless of circumstances that’s huge), Braxton Barrios was a real threat, Woody and Chubb were consistent and established a rhythm, the cyclones all made important plays, and CJ was putting the ball where it needed to be.

nice to see CJ step up instead of drifting back
Glad we got rid of Metchie and not Hutch.
