Tomlins team gets some talent and takes their foot off the gas. It's clear that some plays there's just a lack of effort. Guys not finishing through plays and instead trying to draw flags, guys not going for the ball, a billion slipped tackles.
There really is nothing inventive about this defense. Can't get to the quarterback, can't force a turnover, can't defend the pass or tackle.
Where are my Tomlin defenders? Tomlin needs to go. This team is undisciplined once again.

Look, effort doesn’t matter when the opponent knows exactly what you’re going to do. Edelman quote from a few weeks ago saying those Patriot teams knew exactly what we were going to do, we did it, and he and Gronk torched us. Chase said they knew what we were going to do and we did it. After our latest playoff collapse, the ravens were laughing at us in the locker room because they knew what we were going to do. We are in definition of insanity territory. We are a team that “prides itself on defense”. We have a defensive minded head coach. We have the most expensive defense in the league. And all of that means absolutely nothing.

Why does this team just give up so quickly
There are a lot of things Im blaming on Tomlin, but if Cam and TJ are just going to go through the motions then this team is fucking doomed. These are the fucking captains of this team. NFL veterans. Future HoF guys. They need to play better and theres no fucking excuse. Maybe when we invested like hundreds of millions of dollars into these players, we kind of expected them to make plays and be leaders. This defense is more than a little bit relying on them for success.
