Take it to a sports card shop. Maybe WSC at brookfield square, and just ask if they can give you a rough estimate
Combined signatures nearly always lower the price when there is disparity between them, Bob’s being the one with more interest. At best? Probably $150-300 and a layer of dust or two while waiting for a buyer. ~~It’d be a very small group of people wanting both Bob and the Cubs announcer on the same ball.~~ Someone more than ‘just’ a baseball fan, probably someone interested in radio broadcasting too.
