Austin Reaves hilariously thought of Luka while shooting FT’s for 51pts vs Kings 😂

In the last Le game versus Timberwolves, Luca Donic finished on 49 points. He missed a free throw at the end of the game that could have brought up 50. And Austin Reeves left a comment under Luca’s Instagram post saying, “Make a free throw.” And Luca told him to shut up. Austin Reeves was also the only person that didn’t give Luca a standing ovation after that 49 points. And actually thought about Luca when he went to the free throw line to bring up his 50 points versus the Kings tonight. Will Will you hold this against Lucas since he had the 49 and you made the joke and now now that you got the 50? I ain’t going to lie. I went to the free throw line like I better not miss. Um I texted him this morning. We had a we had a funny I guess funny exchange like he’s a Cowboys fan and uh I think Dak threw a pick or something. So I I texted him and um you know me and him our whole relationship was just talking trash back and forth and um towards the end of the conversation he was like I need 60 tonight and I was like haha. And uh that was the end of the conversation. I don’t know. He probably text me. I haven’t looked at my phone, but uh yeah, I’m definitely holding that one over his head. So, you still owe him nine, you’re saying? Oh, you still owe him nine. Is that what you’re saying? Nine. What points? He won 60. 60. Oh, I get Oh, I didn’t I didn’t even know where you were going with that. Uh I guess uh I don’t know. I I didn’t think I was going to get 50, so I’ll take it. is obviously 51’s your career high for the NBA. Was it your high for any level of basketball? Nah. What What is that? I hate that question. Um, high school I scored 73. It was triple overtime. I shot a lot of free throws and yeah, it was I only made four threes uh that game. It was very high pace. Uh they fullcourt man run and jump every possession and yeah it was we ended up winning 117 to 115 triple overtime. Kid for their team had 59. Uh we tried to guard him. I guess that they tried to guard me too. Just there was no defense. Austin speaking to DA he had that big dunk in the fourth on the on the putback. Just what do you think that moment like how what did you feel in that moment? I feel happiness. I don’t know if anybody seen me. I was a half courting. Sorry. Uh screaming um probably those words exactly. Um it was just it it that’s what we need. You know, we encourage him every single day to be that. Uh I remember in the I guess it was the Minnesota game, he got like a pocket pass or whatever and he went to try to dunk it and missed it. We ended up getting an offensive rebound and one. Uh but me and me and um Luca went straight to DA and was like that’s what that’s what we need. Like we don’t care if you make it, miss it at this point. Go do that cuz more times than not you’re going to make it or you’re going to get fouled. So we need that from him and there was I’m sure there’s a pitcher out there. I was probably about to pass out. I was yelling so loud. We spend so much time together. We literally, you know, it’s we live a very blessed life. I will never say otherwise, but we go through a lot together and um you know, you build, you know, long time, lifetime relationships with these guys. Like I told you, you spend 90% of your time together, uh either in the gym, on the road, flights, whatever it is. So, um, like I said, you build that, you know, real relationship and, uh, just the way that they, you know, support me and and let me be myself is very Passion.

  12. God doesn’t want anybody in hell because He loves us, but you must understand why we deserve hell and why those who refuse to live under His authority will go there. He gave us the law (Ten Commandments) not to make us righteous, but rather to show us our sin (Romans 3:20). We’re not sinners because we sin, but rather we sin because we’re sinners. Sin is the nature of our flesh that we are born with due to the sin of Adam in the garden. For someone to be justified before God they have to be sinless. We’ve all sinned (Romans 3:23), and the the law demands death for those who sin (Romans 6:23). God is righteous, so He must punish our sin, which is what He did through His Son Jesus Christ on the cross. Jesus is Holy and sinless, yet He received our sin when He died on the cross, so that we can be righteous before God (2 Corinthians 5:21). When He died on the cross, He said “It is finished” (John 19:30), which means He paid the full price for all of your sins (past, present, and future) to be forgiven. He was buried and rose again from the dead. God will forgive anybody who puts their full trust in Jesus Christ alone for salvation. We aren’t saved based on our good deeds, but only by the grace of God (Ephesians 2:8-9). His precious blood that He shed is the only reason why we can be forgiven of our sins (Hebrews 9:22). If you confess that Jesus is Lord and believe that God raised Him from the dead, then you’ll be saved (Romans 10:9). You are born-again with the Spirit of Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17), and are not only legally justified before God, but also are accredited His righteous (Romans 4:24). Believers live for Christ now, so get to know Him through His Word. I recommend reading the book of Romans and the gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John), and watching Pastor Joseph Prince’s online sermons!

  18. Lots of players can score 50pts if their team gives them the okay to shoot everything. But its the players who can do that then dominate on Defense that truly impress me
