Its not that simple. The Titans are the worst team in football and while they won’t be drafting a QB, they can move out of that pick. The Browns with 2 first round picks have the most ammo to move up.

if the home team gets 3 points by default, if i were setting a line today i’d probably make this game a pickem. I think we’re slightly less awful than the saints but losing this game is certainly within the jets ability, and who knows what things will look like 2 months from now.

Let’s not pretend like there’s some generational QB sweepstakes this year. No one knows who the best QB in this draft is going to be. So why not try to root for this team to actually win some games down the stretch?
The Jets will do just enough to get the 3rd pick and be out on Mendoza and Moore.

Josh Allen was the 4th QB taken in 2018. Number 1 is a good asset, but the Jets would blow it.

I am convinced the Jets are winning 5-7 games this year, probably 6
They will beat the Dolphins, Falcons, Browns and Saints
They may beat the Week 18 bills if they have nothing to play for, and could randomly pull out one of the other 4 games (2x pats, ravens, jags)

Anybody that thinks a quarterback fresh out of college football will be the savior hasn’t been paying attention. The successful college quarterback might hit their stride three years out if they’ve been developed and mentored. Hoping Glenn and Mougey apply the Detroit model and go free agent qb who can deliver a ball on schedule and read a defense and build a team to support him through the draft.
