Possibly Greg Jones? He wore #33 and was one of the best FBs in the league when he played.
Edit: Nevermind. As others have noted, it looks like this 33 is James Stewart

The one with #33 is James Stewart, also wore #34 during his career here, not sure of the other
*Added context* To my knowledge, this was all signed around the same time when boselli was active, possibly in the late 90s
The signature under #33 James Stewart, looks like #51 Kevin Hardy.
Thanks everyone, from all the Info I’m gathering here, the first photo slide is Mark Brunell, the second is James Stewart, the third is Kevin Hardy, and the fourth is OF COURSE Tony Boselli!!!!! So this dates the ball to between 96-99! Super pumped about this, gonna have to find a cool way to display it now!
