The game ended at 3am eastern and was played on a Monday. I’d argue losing that game sucked a little more for the Jays. At least it didnt end their season though.
After Game 5, all the neutrals were talking about how amazing and dramatic the game was while I was sulking and felt so defeated. Last night, I was so glad I got to experience that same feeling as a neutral.

If I had a nickel for every time I stayed up till after 1:30 am watching a 15+ inning game that the team I was pulling for got walked off on then I would only have two nickels it isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it’s happened twice
Watched both games, both teams I wanted to win lost… new rule of thumb for me is extra innings means go to bed
