Post-Game | Nazem Kadri – 24.10.25

Nas, just where did you see the difference lying in this one tonight? Um, yeah, special teams, I guess. I mean, uh, obviously we got to stay out of the box. I mean, they they took a bunch as well. Uh, I think they had two on the power play, so onegoal game. Um, it was a good effort, but, uh, you know, just just fell short. When you’re in the midst of a game that’s got that many man advantage opportunities both ways, how hard is it to kind of generate flow and and generate just just momentum as a group? Yeah, very uh very bizarre game in that in that sense. I think uh you know, when you’re flipping and flopping all the time, I think it’s obviously hard to create a rhythm. Uh same for both teams. Um but yeah, like I said, I mean, you’d like to see a little more flow, but uh you know, felt like we uh we had some dangerous opportunities today and, you know, put a couple in, but we needed uh you know, one or two more. One of those opportunities, your goal in the first period. What did you see from Zayn on your power play unit tonight? Well, he did a great job walking the blue line and uh you know, kind of um you know, just trying to pull people out of position. Uh you know, that’s the goal. I got it over to Frosty. Frosty made a great pass over to me and I knew I had to get it off quick and was able to uh you know, kind of get all that one and and it was a nice way to open up the game. How quickly now does the preparation begin for the Rangers on Sunday? Yeah, it’s always move on to the next day. Of course, that’s something that’s a game we want uh before we head on uh off on the road. So, uh you know, that’s going to be one that uh that we need [Music]

  1. I agree the effort was good, Flames had so much fight tonight, but those penalties were brutal…
But, onwards and upwards!! Let's go, Flames!! 🔥🔥🔥

  2. Kahdri thinking he deserves a shot on the Olympic team. Are you serious man. He will be gone in a couple of months. And hearing Huska say the same old thing after every loss is getting a tad old.
