For those who don’t know the guy, he’s absolutely massive (6’5 290 with 34″ arms) for a defensive end and does his best work as an interior rusher. Think Yetur Gross-Matos/Mykel Williams. With the former on IR and the latter struggling, I think this is a good trade. The Pats basically stopped playing him on the interior this year (his split inside:outside went from 32:68 last year to 4:96 this year) and he’s been dropping on the depth chart. Low risk, mid reward, and we get him under contract through 2026.
can he play AFTER Sunday?!?!
this will improve his chances of not being hurt while playing on that accursed MetLife field.

We got our guy?
Someone tell me how to feel.
Lol. Consider me whelmed
Typical who da fook is that guy signing
Odds on how long until he’s on IR?
Who is this? And is he good or just healthy?
White gonna look good in that Red and Gold . We got this 9ers by 10
Yes! A pass rusher I know nothing about so he must be a diamond in the rough and the savior of this defense!! #lynchGMHOF
Someone want to fill me in on how I should really feel here?
Anyone have any insight on this guy? Looking at his stats and this feels like an experiment. Maybe Saleh can work his magic.
We need Bobby Boucher
Hmm…

When I never heard of a player, I immediately go madden ratings. He is a 75 overall which is not bad with 82 speed…
Anything is better than nothing, but I believe that we need MOAR!!!
Game wrecker! SB bound for sure now.
He has 1 sack over his last like 850 snaps. This is just a body to throw out there, but its at least a pretty athletic guy at 285.
Well there is one player who is better than Gibson. One more trade to help this year and beyond and then let the chips fall where they may.
According to PFF, he grades decent his first two years and has had a really rough start this year.
Hes an absolute monster of an athlete by RAS, 14th out of 1400+ DTs measured at his position (DT was his college position)

Looks like he had a decent 2024 season
49ers have a track record of turning nobodies into B playerz
BREAKING new 49ers pass rusher Keion White slipped on a banana peel and tore his acl. He is out for the season.
Probably depth mostly we are thin AF at DE with injuries
This better be like 7th draft pick or a player exchange
If he was good they wouldn’t release trade him since they’re on a solid run
What’s his short-shuttle time?
ESPN called it this morning
Look at the last trade listed [here](https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/46739409/nfl-week-8-drake-maye-caleb-williams-sam-darnold-trade-deadline-offers)
