Columbus Blue Jackets at Buffalo Sabres | FULL Overtime Highlights – October 28, 2025

Freeze the save. Sabres are back in good shape here. Two back. Columbus gaining the line. Archenko to the net with a shot and that goes high off the glass. Columbus keep the puck and it’ll be Prover to take it outside the line. Trying to open the Sabres up. Buffalo changing. Here’s a pass for Coyle. Coyle trying to wrap it back in front. Columbus changing. Quick pass. Kik almost didn’t get on the right side of that one. Now takes that. Alex Tuck on the far side had his stick tied up. That’s what the fans are complaining about. Hard battle in the corner by Koulie. Now Tuck lost it. Power is back. Columbus with a one-man rush. Bouncing puck in front of the net. forced to the near wall with 210 to go. That was one. Now a chance far side. One in front off the bar. No, it’s in. In and out in a hurry and the Blue Jackets win it in overtime with 207 remaining in the extra period. [Applause] So the Sabres run of four wins in a row at home come to an end, but the points continue. Yeah, both teams playing really, really loose here in this overtime. just chance to chance coming fast and this is where they got it quick. The D coming in that’s Wensky and he’s coming down the off side here and that what paddle was lost on the puck was lost on the far wall and he hits Wensky and you think he was going to take the shot and Lion’s coming out to address him there and then he slides it across to Miles Wood onto his forehand and he’s able to just to chip that one over Lion underneath the bar and that is it.
