facing Buffalo in the past. Columbus trying to work it in front. Yep. Chico in front of the 
net. Now Lorenki off the near wall looking cross ice. It’ll come back to the point for 
a shot. That is deflected just wide out there now trying to fish it free and now we’ll go to 
the bench as it’s played deep into the Buffalo. Power in behind the net out there with Timonss. It goes off of Timonss right to the 
front of the net. Deep scores. Chinov able to get to the net clean after the sabers 
can’t work it off the wall clean. Second of the year here. And this is we talk about the down 
low. There’s 2D in the corner. Nobody in front. You see the puck coming across. It’s skated right 
over to Connor Timonss. That’s power taking it right to where Connor Timonss is instead of just 
moving a stop or going the other way. Reverse and it’s sent to the near wall before lifted out to 
center ice. Got to be careful here for the turn as Fantelli lays it off. Ken Johnson to the net. 
Save made by Alex Lion. Face off in the Columbus zone. Top line out for Buffalo. Thompson hard on 
the stick. He has it now to the front of the net with a back hand. And a bad save low there by 
Greavves. And then the puck goes up and out of play. Ball here on these puck battles along the 
walls. They’re bearing down a little bit. Here’s Tage Thompson taking this one right up face off 
to the net himself on the back end. just getting there when he can. Nice strong right there. Able 
to pull that puck away, get it into an area. Got Monahan out there in front of the net. 
Puck comes right to him and he directs it. Dene sends that one towards the net. Winsky 
got a stick on it. Savers up with it. Dene off the near wall with a shot. Save is made by 
Greavves and it’s cleared by Columbus. There’s a lot of movement. They’re not just standing 
around and they’re looking to throw pucks to the net. I still think you got to get more bodies 
right there. Koulique is pushed away by Warensky as the shots coming through, but there’s nobody 
else. Somebody else is that comes off the glass back to the point. Savers trying to contain here. 
Prevent a breakaway, but it is a breakaway chance. Good back check and a save by Lion. Oh my, that 
was a team effort there. It’s Lion standing tall getting some help from his friends coming back and 
bully off the wall. Dens and the Sabres keep it in the zone. Just held in at the line by Power. 
Now Warren again can’t clear. Here’s a chance in front for D. Scores. If at first you don’t 
succeed, bang away and Barry to tie it at one. And it was just good hard work down low. And 
this is what we’re talking about in this second period. Doing a much better job taking the time 
and space. Josh realized he was anticipating this turnover and he got himself set back there. 
Everybody moving up the ice. But right there, one battle over on the far wall. I think that’s 
Conor Tims who’s kept this puck alive and able to get it back down off to the right of the 
net. Picked up now by Byron. He’ll play it back. Mloud takes a shot. Scoff Severson in 
front. Savers take the lead. It’s two to one. as quick as normal and the draw was one 
just quickly to the point there. A little give and go by him. That one is broken up and 
a nice job by Mloud just recovering that puck after it was blocked and yeah, right there goes 
right off the benchman standing in front of the net and redirects into the net and dishing out 
another that appeared that Alex Tuck was just trying to skate his lane. Monahan will bring 
it out far circle and leave it at the line. And Warensky, of course, quarterbacking 
the power play, takes the shot, scores. Yeah, the fans not happy about that, but this 
is the game. You got to work your way through it. You’re going to get good with the bad. It’s 
going to be a power play goal. Just watch the guy stacked up in front here. Winsky gets himself 
to the middle of the net. And right there, that lane kind of opens up, but I think it 
just sneaks through. Lion gets a piece of it with his like his pad maybe over there and 
then it just hard shots going to find its way through. It sounded like it might have hit the 
pad a little bit. That clearing attempt kept in by Buffalo. Here’s Zucker trying to center. 
Fan on the pass. Keeps possession back to Dene. 43 to go in the power play shot in front. 
Greavves doesn’t have a clean and he holds on. Good job by Ben Bson in front. Don coming down. 
Done actually gets a piece of that one. And there’s a puck landing right there. Greavves tries 
kicking it off into the corner and he not able to do it. And then it just lays there. You see that 
deflection right there by Don and then Greavves is in a world of hurt there because he’s trying 
to figure out where the puck went quickly. Been working for Buffalo here as of the second period. 
There’s a shot right. Good goal at the line. And is Dun going to be the one to get it? Yes, he 
is. He’s getting it. That’s awesome. Josh Dunn. Now, this is just good hard work. This line gets 
out. They win the battles along the wall. They’re rugged down there. Look, Krebs does a nice job 
moving this one to the point. And then the quick shot to the net and Malenstein does a great job. 
Wait a minute. is all over this puck when it comes in and he’s pushing and then Dun just comes in 
on the backhand from behind after Malenstein got everything kind of pushed back into the net 
and he’s able to chip it up and over and in well done play on the far rollier turns it 
to the net that’s blocked loose puck picked up with a shot and around traffic Lion snares 
that one guys in front but he’s able ble to find a way to see these pucks coming through. 
And Coyle’s got himself planted pretty good out there and there’s there’s not much room 
to be able to find that puck coming through, but he’s able to if you seek a look here, 
they may be a just over the backside of Sam. His pass for Fanti behind him. Verinsky 
puts it down to the corner. Sabres are on it. Turned over though. Johnson in front. Oh,

too many chances here in this third period. They got to kind of clean that up a little bit. 
You want to keep doing that here the whole third period. Rover off. They bang it in front 
and lion right on the line. Holds it out. Can’t get their stick on it. This one’s just going to 
be backand to the front of the net. Cough there. He’s a big man. You can’t think about taking 
his body so much as getting under his stick, getting that stick up off the ice where he’s 
not able to get down on it. He’s got it up around there. Columbus from the side of their 
own net to center. Nothing for Wood on that one, but he gets a stick on it to tip it into the 
Buffalo zone. Keep it at the line. Wood pass goes off of Saber. Comes right in front and Ly had 
the pad now, but it slid past him through the blue paint. Shot from up top. Quiet glove save. The 
rebound is there. And this time it’ll get outside the line. Fabrell turns it up quick. Jikov just 
inside the line. Left side holds it. Sious scores. Wood goes by the front of the net. Columbus in 
this third period. They they’ve kept coming. You see Miles Wood 11 just on the bottom of your 
screen there. Just kind of facing the puck, seeing what’s going to happen, being open up 
right there just in case the pass was made. Then he goes to the net and you see it’s going 
short side. It’s redirected. It goes back across. Olivier tied up with Craigs at the line. Dunn 
finishing his check down low. Hard on the puck. Dunn gets up. He’s parked at the post. Here 
comes the shot. And Ricochet. He’s just past Dunn. Olivier against Krebs again. Krebs is 
all over to continue to do here. Doll is just going to fire this one. It’s makes contact 
with the Moranski stick who’s coming out to check him here. But but it gets through. It 
forces the goalender to make the save. He got three. Morenski and Tuck. on the wall. Savers 
get it back. Chance here. Breakaway. Yuri Koul over top. Ki shoots. Greens the save. Sabres 
are back in good shape here. Columbus with a oneman rush. Bouncing puck in front of the net. 
Forced to the near wall. 210 to go. That was one. Now a chance far side. One in front off 
the bar. No, it’s in. in and out in a hurry and the Blue Jackets win it in overtime 
with 207 remaining in the extra period. Coming fast and this is where they
