  1. Fans started chanting ‘JT Miller!’ after this but then our shitty DJ played shitty music over it and drowned it out.  Can’t say I’m surprised but it ruined what was going to be a cool moment.

  2. I’ll give him his flowers for the things he’s done for us. Hopefully after tonight the media can shut their yaps 😭

  3. Of course they will give him a tribute!

12th all-time in scoring for the Canucks. This is just the Canucks organization being respectful and he deserves the acknowledgement.

Terrible way to leave town, but he played his best hockey here and most importantly, with his wife, was extremely involved with the community and hospitals.

JT MILLER! One last time. Take care.

  4. He was part of likely the best shot this general roster had at winning the cup. Took Edmonton to 7 without Demko and basically Petey.

I don’t see how we improve upon that.

  5. Wait, why’s he wearing 8? Had to cut it off right before giving that info. Now I’m curious.

  6. His goal against the oilers in the play offs was absolutely filthy and I’ll never forget it

  7. I would still pick JT over Bambi Petey! JT is probably an ass in the locker room, but dude has heart and soul; he fights hard and wants to actually win! Petey is too soft and so much drama.…

  8. Miss the 2022-2024 Miller for sure. He was by far one of the best players we’ve ever had in a decade.

A shame it didn’t pan out long-term, since now we’re clearly a major step back from where we were, but it is clearly for the best he has moved on.

  9. Feud aside, I really liked JT. Great player, lots of skill, stood up for his teammates, made sure new guys like Arty got included and felt at home. If this whole thing hadn’t been an issue I would’ve loved to see him retire a Canuck. Alas, things are not always as straightforward as we want them to be sometimes. Still like him as a player, and he’s been respectful about everything and not blowing things out of proportion for the sake of sound bites.

  10. We should have kept Miller. If all the dumbass rumours are to be believed, and it was a strife between Miller and Petey that prompted the move- we should have kept Miller. Petey is so hot and dry- and when he’s hot he’s hot, yes. But Miller is steady (more or less) with production and I fucking love an intense personality that wants to win, and he’s that. He’s got a verstappen drive and I think we fucking need that here
