In my ideal world, bye-bye Petry, hello virtually anyone else. However, money is tight – like, tighter than tight.
But I don’t want to lose Balinskis or our forwards for it. We do have 2 second-round picks we can offer up.

Montour has like 6 years left @ 7 mil AAV. And he’s 31. If we’re going to spit ball pipe dreams I’d rather have rasmus Andersson.

I think there’s options here honestly. Just get us anyone competent. They don’t have to be a star for our fourth line, and get rid of petry.
Well, that’s not what we need… unless “some depth on the blue line” is a really good offensive puck mover. Need a center, we lost a top 3 centerman & replacing some of that has to be a priority.
