Chris Jones calls him a heck of a locker room guy in the article. I know that isn’t our biggest need, nor was he making a difference here, but I feel like a player requesting to be released because a former teammate wanted him back screams volumes about the Bengals experience.

  1. Ass player wants off ass defense so he takes less shit for being ass. This is surprising?

  2. > it’s a significant addition for Kansas City.

Lmao yeah I guess their bench was getting a little cold without him.

  3. I dont mind dropping a vet to let them pursue a super bowl on a team that will likely miss the playoffs. I have an issue when we do it at the request of their star player (who beat us in a conference game). Should have at least got a 6th or something for him.

  4. The Bengals are going nowhere fast. Anyone with a brain would take the opportunity to go back to a legit title contender instead of wasting away on a team that realistically will never win anything.

  5. Yea i dont understand really. A guy says my old team wants me back and we just say ok here you go. There has to be more to it. Maybe zacks speech on needing leadership in the D Pissed him off?

  6. Chris Jones had one of the worst plays on any d this year, zero effort on the Lawrence td game winner.
