present, as good as it is for the Brewers, I think actually pales compared to the future. And I think this has the the Brewers right now have the opportunity to put together the best five-year run that we have seen from them in the franchise’s history. and they just need to to keep being good at what they do, which is drafting and signing internationally, developing players, and if they do dip into free agency, hitting on that. Maybe maybe Jesus Mate comes up and is the star that everybody I talk with who’s seen and think he’s going to

Regular season superstars, bad comedy show in the post season.
They gotta find a trade deadline shot in the arm if they want to win a title. I always said that the Packers would've won the Super Bowl in 2021 if we would've signed OBJ, but the Rams did for $4 million, and they won it.
I like what the Brewers do with signing and developing. But when every year some big market team goes "all in" on a "dream team". (and we lose some of our stars). We need a miracle to go far in (or make it to) the playoffs. Which makes a "World Series" dream a unrealistic longshot.
