Has a lack of practice affected the team’s goaltending decisions?
I do wonder and we’re seeing this a little bit around the league like Joel Hoer the backup in St. Louis is just it’s like he’s forgotten how to play the game. Uh there are others. Jacob Marstrom got absolutely ventilated in Colorado. If you haven’t seen that score, go take a look at it. like there isn’t a lot of practice time and I do wonder uh Mark Strom coming off injury like you’re just getting thrown into these games and for Lankin like if you’re not playing and not playing well practice is an opportunity to you know work on your game or you know hone your craft they’re just not getting practice times right now and so when he gets in there um if he’s fighting it you know it’s showing right now so it’s going to be an ongoing thing here as Demco continues to play well uh what does that do for the goalending decisions on the part of the Canucks but they know that they cannot afford uh to overplay their number one guy.
