  3. No matter how much we rag on Billy leading us to very bleh seasons, it’s important to remember things like this and the environment he’s cultivated with relationships.

    I imagine Zach would’ve rather walked back to Sacramento than walk into a locker room led by Mr. Time Clock Punch himself

  6. Chicago’s special man. Guys don’t do this for every team. Our fans made those guys feel special every time they were contending for a play in.

  7. Derozan and Lavine were both pros for the Bulls and I highly doubt theu would ever say anything negative publicly. That said, I wonder how they feel being reunited because it never seemed like there was much chemistry on the court and both of them fill a similar role.

  9. Respect for both of these guys. Hope they can find the right fits for them to play their best ball somewhere (probably separately and not in SAC).

  10. True Bulls fans will remember both Zach and Demar as absolute professionals. Yeah we didnt end up where we wanted to be, but I honestly have only good memories of both of them.

  12. There is a video of Jordan Lawley being interviewed and he mentioned how he spoke to Zach over the summer and how he missed playing with Giddey, he then went onto to speak about how great he made him as a player for the next 5 mins. I think he misses playing this uptempo game style

  13. Even though they weren’t able to make the playoffs it feels like they had a great time in Chicago.

    Wasn’t able to get to the destination but the journey is heartfelt and memorable. 😢

  16. I really wished there was a way to have the Zach and DeMar era work out. They are such likable guys and played hard for a team that never seemed to get stars who wanted to play hard.

  18. Will never hate Derozan or Lavine. Basketball wise it didn’t work out but they stuck with us and were professionals till the very last day.
