Anyone else getting screwed by NHL Shop (Fanatics)?

Got this in my junk email…after the entire order went through last week.

Yup. And when I finally got a human on the phone he was rude about it and offered me a 20% off coupon. Doesn’t get me the Jersey I’ll never get now.
It’s wild seeing all the different “we’re so sowwy” coupons theyre giving out also. I got someone on the phone after I got the same email and he gave me a 30% off code, then got an email yesterday with a $100 off + free shipping code. As seems to be tradition for the NHL and Fanatics, it’s a total cluster
Dang it, I ordered exactly the same custom in the same size and I have an order number after yours (if they issue them in numerical order). Guess I’ll keep an eye out for the screw you email, too. What a cluster f*uck of a jersey release.

They have been doing daily restocks at the team store so if you’re in the Denver area would recommend that but get that’s not an option for everyone.
This really fucking sucks. I don’t understand how they can get away with pulling this.
I’m hoping HockeyAuthentic can come through. They have the jerseys listed, but are “coming soon.”

As an alert to everyone who bought from NHLshop, I just got a notification from my CC company of a fraudulent purchase and the jersey was the only purchase I’ve made on the card in the last month so check your statements

My order is with altitude authentics and it’s been 6 days with no updates and two emails without response requesting an update
Same thing happened with the last reverse retro Nordiques. I didn’t even bother this time. I was eventually able to get the white one for a decent price but it was hard as hell to find it second hand and authentic.
I’m still waiting on an email to say my order is out for delivery. I’ve messaged Altitude Authentics but still haven’t received a reply nearly 48 hours later. It’s a bit concerning at this point since they were willing to charge my credit card so quickly but no order has been shipped or any notification of any kind from them
Was expecting this email after ppl posted them Sunday, got an email from them saying mine shipped, so I feel very lucky. I’m still skeptical the right jersey will arrive though
It’s pretty cool they are giving 25% off coupons for simply being out of stock of something. They definitely don’t have to do that. Yes it’s disappointing to not have ordered fast enough and get fully refunded, but nobody is “screwing you” and you aren’t a victim. Come on. I didn’t order one in time either but I understand the difference between other fans being faster than me and NHL Shop pulling some kind of trickery.
I’m 99% sure that 25% off coupon will not work with anything related to the heritage throwbacks as well. Fuck Fanatics so hard
I feel bad for you guys who wanted to indulge yourself in a Nordiques jersey ( got my 2000s CCM vintage series in the closet ) and can’t get one, really I do.
