1. I have been searching for a reason to keep my expectations low. Was last year a fluke? Was it just career years from a couple guys? Is Dean really the guy? Is Waddell the right GM? And the biggest concern – Elvis cannot possibly be a great teammate while losing playing time, right. Right?

   Last year was not a fluke. It was a young team maturing before our eyes. Falling 2 points short of the playoffs will end up being the best motivator ever.

   Career years? Yep, and more to come.

   Is Dean the man? Absofuckinglutely. We had 1 poor game against Colorado, and he got all over them. Throw Wood in OT playing 3 on 3 for the first time ever? God damn right!

   Waddell? He decided to run it back with the same team and added Coyle and Wood. Brillant so far,

   And Elvis…the guy we wanted to run out of town, myself included…is playing great and is all about the team. WTF?

   So obviously, we are 6-4 because of a weak schedule…except the combined record of our opponents is 53-35-13.

   Conclusion: Plan the fucking parade.
