Let him loose.

  1. His snap count sunday is going to be very revealing of what this staff actually thinks about him. Hoping his slow ramp up off IR was just abundance of caution about his health rather than DA preferring Dom Rob and other depth pieces over him

  2. I’m a pessimist. But there are always paths to improvement. *If* Booker is a *good* pass rusher then we could move Dayo inside full time, and maybe he sucks less ass inside (because he was better there in Indy) and bringing booker back effects two defensive line upgrades.

It is not the most likely scenario, but it is theoretically possible.

  3. As a KU fan (and dad of a KU student) I have been watching this kid since his last year of college, and I believe he will break out and be a sack machine for the Bears. He’s explosive, he’s strong, and he works his ass off on the field. I can’t wait to see him in NFL action this season.

  4. So should I put the bet on underdog he gets 7+ sacks? Or is that just a bit to high and should go 5+ sacks and a FR for a TD?

  5. these tweets baffle me – if he was doing poorly against the practice squad, would they say that?

  6. As long as he gets to go against fourth-stringers and gets 6 seconds to get a coverage sack, he’s gonna dominate.

  7. So tired of hearing about this guy who has done absolutely nothing to merit any type of attention.

  8. I thought he was a standout when watching preseason. In my experience that usually means the player is two years away from being two years away.

  9. Cam Payne vibes. Let’s see it translate on game day. I get supporting our guys, but the entire Chicago Bears experience can’t be all hype and fluff.

  10. I want Booker to work out. He seems like a good kid, plus I deadass just want one late round steal from poles, not to prove his draft ability but just to say we got a late round steal

  11. Ah yes, if we could just go by practice, or at least what the coaches say about it to the public….well every player in the NFL is incredible.

  12. He’s been outstanding in practice and preseason since they drafted him and a complete non-factor everywhere else.

  13. Doldrums of a team starved of positivity if we are making practice hype posts. Big trestman energy
