Vancouver Canucks at St. Louis Blues | FULL Shootout Highlights – October 30, 2025

They’re going to lead things off with Jordan Kyro who had his eight game point streak snapped. He likes to shoot but a chance to make a difference here in the shootout and Lankin stayed with him on the deep to the back end. He just slowed things right down and I think at that point with Lanken deep there’s nowhere to go. Couldn’t get it up high enough over that right pad. Adam Foot’s not going to delay to have your question answered. Here’s Kefir Sherwood to lead things off for the Canucks. When you’re hot, you’re hot. All three goals for Vancouver in this game. His second career hatrick now trying to beat Bennington in the shootout and he hit the post. [Applause] Slowed down a little bit. Little fake here and there and beat the goenders. couldn’t get it off the iron and in. Here’s Jimmy Snugger who scored his fourth of the season, giving the Blues a two-1 lead early in the second period. He’s in with a little more speed and he’s stopped by Lanin who’s now six for six in shootouts this year. Couple right hand shots for St. Louis. Both fading to the left and then getting it on their forehand and instead of a deak, Snugoo tries to go blocker side. Denied. [Applause] Elise Person next up for Vancouver. Stopped by Bennington and the goalies are perfect for two rounds. Both goenders have real good depth matching the forward coming in and there’s you get to a point where if you decide you’re going to shoot, you just have to see if you can’t leak it through. Braden Shen will shoot third for St. Louis. He’s had seven gamedeciding goals and shootouts in his career. And he’ll come in off the right. Lost the puck and it’s into the corner. No shot for Shen and Jake De Brusk will have a chance to win it for Vancouver. There’s nothing you can do there. And you try to stick handle quickly. It goes up on end and you just watch it roll. Jake De Brrisque can end it here with a goal on Bennington scores. Jake De Brrisk in the shootout [Applause] and the Canucks all skate to their own end to mob Kevin Lanken who’s seven for seven in shootouts this year. He allowed De Bruss the chance to put that one in and under the bar. It’s the same move he tried in Chicago. That one hit the bar. This one sneaks in under and a hat-tick for Sherwood. A gamewinner for Jake De Brusk. Well, he came in with speed and that forced Lank or pardon me, Bennington to come out a little bit further away from the net. And as he’s slowly backing in, it’s a timing shot just up and over. As Bennington is going down, the puck is going up. See that little flinch quickly there by Deer Brusk and then just off the toe lifted. It doesn’t have to be hard. Just has to get up and over and it does. Indian Conucks win. [Music]

  1. One of the worst "cross checking" calls I've ever seen in my life. Led to a goal.

Goal taken away due to non existent "goalie interference". Binnington had time to reset and wasn't impeded whatsoever. 2 Horrendous calls.

And we still won. Good job Nucks.
