NHL Highlights | Sabres vs. Bruins – October 30, 2025

both games where they had third period leads, squandered them and only picked up one point. They dropped the puck and away we go. Bruins and Sabres for the second time this season. Here’s Owen Power. Shoots, deflected, Tuck tried to bank one in. Corposello scrambled to the post and the Bruins able to recover and drive it out to center ice. Colleen looking for his first goal of the season and out in front Josh Dome. Denied by Corposal and now the Bruins are going to have to defend as it’s flipped deep. Benson going to chase sent out in front and Zooker denied by Corpuso. Point blank. He’s dangerous. The two-time 40 goal scorer. Geeky busts over the line working against Kessle Ring. Shakes him off shoots on the stop. First one he’s had to make in the period. And it’s a grade a chance off a guy who scored in each of the last five. Captain Rasmusen Lynholm pulls it off the wall, shoots, line the save, juggles off the post. It was almost like indecision. He had room short side high, but it looked like he wanted to go to the front of the net. Zaka’s got it. 24 seconds left in the Den penalties. We’re scoreless. Zaka enters. One hands it across. Geeky shoots. He scores. That stick is still sizzling. He banks in a goal for a six straight game. A power play goal. Bruins won. Sabres nothing. Stick. Bruins using the delay has been pretty effective when it’s been Zach and Lynhol. He said, “I wanted to hug him.” Maybe not after that first shift. Here’s Boston. Twoon one. He’ll race ahead. Sitting on 397 goals. He scores. [Applause] You can make it. 398. He goes low to the glove side. Bruins two. Sabers nothing. time putting the puck on his back end once he crosses that blue line. Settle that puck down. Look over your options. Little pump fake like he might go across the Lynholm. You freeze line. You pick your spot and almost doesn’t even have to be a bullet of a pass, but it starts in the defensive zone. It’s a good stick position check in in man-on-man coverage and then you get the twoon one. Was it interesting? He didn’t load up for like a big snap. No, it was all release. It’s almost like a change up. Padino scrambles out in front. Pos fires play and kicked it out tonight 399. Here’s Posternok trying to shake off a check. Turns blocked. Lindholm Krebs locks on to him. Dene’s got it. He was in the box for the Bruins power play goal. Yoki Haru to Posternok right in the cage. Pulls back hand in line. with the save. Had enough back up top. Aspero. So I’m the last guy to be asked. You can teach Rosie Rosich any English. So he’s a scratch tonight, says Patrick Claw this morning. Look at that hop coming off the boards. Corposal lifted ahead and then he makes his own stop on Thompson and it’s cleared. Pulled out of there by Thompson. Back up top for Dallene. Benson wanted to send it out in front. Dene. Here it comes. He scores. Good screen out in front. That was Josh Don camped in front of Yonas Corposalo. Yeah, that time they did make an adjustment. Of course, Corposalo got deflected on the way in. First there was a little pump fake. The Bruins recover nicely and then they go back to Diane for the drive and you know you got a Bruin defenseman in there. That’s His Lindholm. You got Don there as well and I don’t know if that hit Don or not but finds the back of the net for Dene. That’s his first and the Sabres on side. Only one way we’re going to find out and now we’ll never know. Jano, he’ll barrel in. drops sent toward the net playing the save. They score. Mark Castillic do got a piece with his stick and flipped it over the goal line. Bruins three, Savers one. And it’s great to be rewarded with the effort. It started back in the defensive zone. Jano picks up a puck. Little tow drag. Creates a little space for himself. carries it all the way into the offensive zone. Little crisscross with Cari. Corali just puts it on goal. Jano gets the rebound. Castle just wins a battle. [Applause] Lays out and able to chip it into the goal. That’s huge, you know, but they’re trying to get a hold of it. They’re trying to, you know, put a lid on it so the conversation starts the period. Chopped free by the Bruins and they’ll crank it off the glass and all the way down. Looking for Middlestead. Picked off by Mloud. Astronox said he thinks that Morgan Geeki has everything that it takes to get 50 goals. Done. Shoots. He scores. That rebound pulled out of midair. Knocked down and he swats it home back to a onegoal hockey game. The Bruins are okay because Arvidson’s back, but Arbertson is picking up Don as the trailer and then he vacates when the puck was not secured and that ends up being the goal scorer. Don able to knock it down with his glove hand and puck’s bouncing. He still bats it on the wide side, glove side, left pad side and we got a game at 3-2. postronaut his backand Den cut it off he’ll lift it out gloved by Aspero behind the play it’s A as dropping the gloves with Krebs they spin around Krebs a right Krebs went down as him on a right and now they’re kned up away from the puck not sure how that’s not interference and I think that got AC month’s attention [Applause] First bout we’ve seen with Mikey Asimont. Ginki will take it on his strong side against Mloud. Sabres have it. Dene the faceoff play to the middle. Tuck shoots. He scores. Alex Tuck cut into the middle with a little real estate and ties the game at three. He had some traffic in the crease from Dome. I’m sure the Bruins will take a look at it, but it’s a nice play off a faceoff win in the offensive zone. I mean, it’s a screen with Ukiharu. There’s just too much net. It’s a good goal scorer from close range, but you can see the Bruins didn’t handle the switch. Two guys going to where the pass was released from. That means someone’s going to be open in front of the net. It was tough. [Applause] Boston is challenging the play for goender interference. Yeah. So, it’s Yoki Haru that makes contact with Corposal. But how did that contact which does not allow him to play his position the way you would normally set up for that opportunity. I I think they’re just trying to figure out how much he shoved him. You know, if it’s just brushing a guy, then it’s not going to be a penalty. I mean it’s they’re going to allow the goal but if there’s enough force coaches challenge by Boston this team they there was no goalender interference couldn’t get that centering feed and Tuck wires it down and that’s going to do it for regulation. So each team will get a point out of this one. [Music] Kiki ties up Tuck. Bruins begin. 40 seconds left in the power play. Middle stack. [Applause] Zenorov shoots. Bryan came out. That puck trickle behind him. His foot still got to be stinging from the shot clock that he had against Boston. A steal. Threeon one. Had a liome. He scores. [Applause] The Bruins come cascading off the bench. Moratov with a dagger. Top shelf over the glove end. Bruins four. Sabres three in overtime. [Music] He’s going to lose the puck right here. Good play by M. Feels the pressure from Tae Thompson coming forward. That’s a mistake, but he’s thinking offense cuz Dan’s got the puck. He wasn’t expecting him to lose it. And now the Bruins have a tremendous advantage. He improves his angle the minute he steps into the offensive zone. He’s got the puck off his left hip. It’s in a shooting position and he slowly improves his angle. He gets inside the dot. He gets to the hash mark. He picks his spot short side and ends the game. His first of the season as an overtime game winner. The Bruins have won three of their last four. Heat. Heat. [Music]

Morgan Geekie found the back of the net for the sixth-straight game while Marat Khusnutdinov scored the overtime winner for the Boston Bruins as they beat the Buffalo Sabres 4-3.

  1. As a Sabres Fan, am I glad that we fought to get that 1 Point, yes I am. But its not good enough, 3 Straight Overtime Losses is ridiculous you need to close out Games Better.

This is the 3rd Straight Game that you allow the opponent to score on an Odd man Rush. Even with the return of Zach Benson, Jordan Greenway and Michael Kesselring this time and it still didn't make a Difference.

You need to get Wins, not Losses. !!!
