Everyone’s witch hunting our boy wtf! Na but I get the move of sitting him. I still don’t believe though that this is a regular thing Barzal does. I feel like people are trying to make it seem like he’s one to do this frequently/deliberately. It’s possible that he’s done this in the past and that this is a “final straw” type situation but I haven’t seen any hard evidence of that.
Nothing wrong with holding people accountable for stuff like this. Send the message once and hopefully it never happens again.
If I’m Barzy, I’m embarrassed and setting alarms to get to the bus early from here on out. Fix the issue now and it should be a non issue come springtime when we are hopefully solidifying playoff position.

Same thing happened to Potvin. If he could miss a game for it then so could Barzal.
Nothing wrong with accountability from top to bottom. Builds trust and a foundation.
Absolutely no problem with this. Take a seat, admit you were wrong and this is all forgotten in a few games.
