  1. It is embarrassing that the sales reps are acting like we are bad fans for not wanting to give them thousands of dollars to watch a bad, and more often than not lately, meaningless product.

  5. This is such a non-story. This is standard sales/retention strategy in sports. I’ve done it myself in a past life.

    Not saying it’s good, or even that it works, but this is no different than any other team would handle it.

  6. I sent an email today saying I am going to cancel my renewal.

    I received a very cordial email in return thanking me for my 5 years and I have time to reconsider.

    *shrug*
