NHL Highlights | Red Wings vs. Kings | October 30, 2025

So they’re going with the former team theme
for the Detroit webings on this trip so far. And puck drop is brought to you by Irvine
Auto Center. It is Deno for the Kings against Dylan Larkin. And the Kings get it back on
the goal. And here’s Arma. Arma Leferier and Deno again. The Kings going to 11 forward
seven defense and the captain Larkin comes in. And that is set around by Lucas Raymond. The
young Swede hops to center and Deno is on it with numbers in goal. A shot right on by Arma and
a save by Tel there by Axel Sandine Pelica. Yeah, right down the slot. It looked like the lane was
there then it was taken away and a drop pass for Perry. Another drop pass to Clark. Shoots it just
wide on the short side and then Perry tried to bake it in off the back of Tel. Knocks it down.
Now Keep gets it back from Kazbe. Here’s PE right in a shot. Rebound Edmonson and he missed a wide
open goal and the Sharks had 14 shots including that late kill when Edmonson cleared it over
the glass. Look out here right in front of shot and that goes just wide. Now Edmonson gives
it away. His pass kept off by Finny and the Red Wings ahead. Break for Raymond right in and
save by Keer. I think somebody turned the wrong way. And at the line, all the Red Wings poke it
ahead. And here they come. Soda Bloom. Right in. And a save by Keer. And the Kings come back as
it opens up and the fair into the wing. Right on. And a save by Tal. The majority of the year
with Grand Rapids in the American League. Kopitar wins the face off. Kemp gets it off the pipe. Kemp
hit the pipe. Right off. A faceoff win by Kopitar. for the visitors. Got a Casper. Shoots it right
on. Pad save. Another shot. Another save by Keer and it goes just wide. Both goenders have been
excellent tonight. And now Doulin up on the near side. Kept in by Johansson. Long shot to the
middle and right on. Byfield 44% on the year. Wins this one easily. Back to Clark. He comes in a lane
to the net in on goal. Save. Another save by Tel. And he goes down to the ice rather awkwardly. Keer
out. Here’s Larkin trying to center. He does and stopped by Keer. And cleaned up now by Kasmo.
And now to Brinken on a second opportunity. Gets it out down the wall and Keer sticks out
the P and makes that save by Tal. I think Turk may have tipped that on the way through. And
the Red Wings Soder Blum to the middle shot right on and it’s saved by Keer. Broken up by
Kopitar. Kings have numbers. Kopitar ahead to Kebe. Ray in Kra. What a blow save by Tber Moore
not available due to personal reasons. And the Kings win an offensive zone faceoff. Biffield
trying to duck under his man. That was Rasbus. Now Biffield shoots it off the goal post. 0
for one with one shot. They win it back for Cider. Good stick there by Biffield. Now
Biffield with it looking for Lefar with his speed. Gets a running man in the clear.
Shoots. He scores. Leair a shorthanded beauty. Keeping his speed going. Watch it right here.
throw it to the middle back end bounce. Now watch this speed and then lean. Look at him lean
across right there. And he’s still able. He’s getting the goalender to move here because
Talba thinks he’s going to go all the way across the crease. And just at the last second,
that’s when he floats it back. Cam gets a piece, but not enough. Lucas Raymond backider for
Raymond to Brink. He’s got a good one-time. Red Wings set up again out high. Raymond to bring
it and he scores with that one-time and it’s tied at one. Yeah, that’s what I was talking about,
John. I got that feeling that the Red Wings, you know, obviously going to try and score on the
power play, but opportunity to tie this thing up because of how the Kings took the lead. Raymond
just hangs off to the side, excuse me, to bring it one timer. He’s calling for it. Raymond, the pass
is perfect. And you can see Darcy got across low over the pad under the blocker. There’s
another Red Wings ahead and Marco Casper play back Sandy. They score from the point.
They’re going to Kings are going to argue a high stick I believe. Now they’re going to
argue that again. That’s reviewable. That’s not a situation where you have to challenge.
This goes to Toronto automatically. Now they got to make a call on the ice and we’ll get a look at
it as Casper stands up. It goes from high to low, but it’s difficult from that angle. This will be
a better one. Much better one. Oh, that’s pretty high. That’s pretty high. Toronto’s looking at
that right now. You see Keer is on his knees, but he’s reaching with the glove. You can’t see the
crossbar in behind there, but that’s pretty high. That is pretty high. Again, this is an automatic
review by that look in that previous look. Jim, you got an argument. Yeah, I think you’ve got a
strong argument. Well, it’s And now Clark, the game winner late in San Jose on Tuesday. He can’t
move it in to break it the other way for Detroit. To break it right in front, they score. Wide
open net and the Red Wings have taken a 31 lead. The Wings made something
happen here. They improvised. They made a stick man like they’re going to run
right here. It doesn’t look that bad. Numbers are in favor of the Red Wings. Well, watch this.
The first pass doesn’t necessarily collect right here. But then he Oh, yes. Knew exactly what he
was doing. Apple knew exactly. So, it didn’t look like anything. And then all of a sudden becomes
a picture of beauty for the Red Wings as the wide open net is there and I mentioned the Red Wings
in their structure neutral zone. The Kings could not looking to set up one-times but again get
it to the front with Cory Perry there. Kovitar against Casper scrambled face off prize it free
and now Fia for Kempe the drive save. Rebound they score. Cory Perry has scored a goal again.
his first at home as a king. And it’s now 3-2. You got to win the face off. And
Cory Perry knows exactly what his job is. You got to stop here,
guys, just for a split second. There’s Cory Perry just going to the front, just
hanging around again. First chance is not going to work now. I think Perry gets a piece of it on the
way in and that causes the rebound right there. Oh, might not have been Perry. Might have been the
skate of a Red Wing. But when you have changing far side, Kopitar back for Dowy. The captain gets
it again. And now the Alab back. Kopitar shoots it and tipped by field shoots. He scores.
Unbelievable. The Kings have tied the game. getting it down low. Here’s Kopitar. Watch him
move it around a couple times, but watch a shot pass coming up right here. Right there. There’s
a redirection. Doesn’t get through. But that put back is absolutely. Watch the wrists here up by
field. He’ll have to turn and spin to get his head up. He doesn’t even look. He just knows air.
And the Kings come back out now for Leferier who scored a short-handed goal in the second. Makes a
drop pass. Comes in. Lefier waits. Shoots it right on. Stopped by Tela. Kopitar to Perry to Kopitar.
He’s set up again. And Kopitar right in front. He scores. Fiela wins it. What a comeback. High
above. So FIA goes in, makes contact. I don’t, you know, it’s did he prevent the goal?
There’s contact. No question. Now we’re going to get the announcement from after reviewing
the play. There is no goal. Goender contact. Wow. Here comes the 23-year-old Raymond in
waiting and he scores. And the Red Wings take the lead in the shootout. So just waiting
out waiting. Get the puck moving back and forth, back and forth. But let’s just break the
crook of give the Kings a chance. Do it so many different ways. He likes top glove though.
And here he comes. Fiala down the middle and a save and the Red Wings win in a shootout
after the goal was called back in overtime.

  1. Feel bad for King fans who have 0 hockey IQ as your announcers don't have any ether. Being a fan of hockey It hurts listening to idiots who dont know what they are talking about

  2. Happy for Talbot, looked like a good game to watch (regardless of the result) Had the faint oder of a playoff game, might be a good cup match up.

  3. Bruh I shut it off after the announcers called it and they celebrated pissed I lost my bet. Open my account in the middle of the night with money in it confused 😂

  4. I like to watch these videos not knowing who won, so I can enjoy the ups and downs of the game. But, when you mark the times of the periods, and I see five segments, there isn't much point in watching the first four. Also, when the team has a chance to tie in the shootout and you put up the 'watch this video next' card, it makes it obvious it is about to be game over. I'd also prefer the entire shootout, not a big fan of it, but if that's the ending, let's enjoy the suspense, not this team is shooting, so here's a goal, and cut ahead to here's where the other team loses.
(Side note: Expecting that fifth segment to be the shootout, I was completely stunned by the OT goal, but then as soon as it went to …wait a second, I knew it would be disallowed.
