Victor Wembanyama DOES IT ALL vs Heat! | October 30, 2025

The San Antonio Spurs defeated the Miami Heat 107–101 to remain undefeated at 5–0, marking the best start in franchise history and their first five-game winning streak since March 2019.
Victor Wembanyama led the Spurs with 27 points, 18 rebounds, 6 assists, and 5 blocks, while Stephon Castle added 21 points, 6 rebounds, 8 assists, and 4 steals. Bam Adebayo paced the Heat with 31 points, 10 rebounds, and 4 threes, and Andrew Wiggins contributed 24 points and 6 rebounds.

With his first block of the night, Wembanyama extended his streak to 90 consecutive games with a block, passing Patrick Ewing (88) for the fourth-longest streak in NBA history. He joins an elite group that includes Patrick Ewing (145), Dikembe Mutombo (116), and Mark Eaton (94)—all top-10 all-time in career blocks.

Wembanyama also became just the third Spur ever to open a season with five straight double-doubles, joining Tim Duncan and David Robinson. Through five games, he’s totaled 151 points, 73 rebounds, and 24 blocks—making him the first player since Bob McAdoo in 1975–76 to record at least 150 points, 70 rebounds, and 20 blocks in his team’s first five games.

  1. This team reminds me a bit of 2008-09 Cavs, young and full of energy, however we know what happend in the playoffs.
This current team will contend for the championship BUT it will take some time before that really happens.
Until then they are fun to watch.

  2. Spurs momentum is wild. True meaning of generational talent. Wemby is the second coming of michael Jordan lebron james and shaq. What surprised me even more is his willingness to embrace a leadership role at year 3, look at how he tries to bring the whole team in for the interview. The eiffel tower wants to win badly. I pray he stays healthy for the rest of his career. I think he’s the only candidate to break lebron’s scoring record if he has the longevity of kareem.

  3. Not surprisingly he got dominated by Bam. That is always the case when he plays a top 15 player at his position. Far away from being at an MVP level

  4. So lets say Wembanyama will be the best defensive players of all time and will be a excellent offensive player not as good as MJ, Lebron, Shaq, jokic but like KG level or so. Add 3-4 MVPs and 3-4 rings will he have a claim for GOAT?

  5. What a great team.
The have great chemistry and playing so well together defensively and offensively.
Looking forward for the next game they are enjoyable to watch.
Wemby is the GOAT what a player 👏🏻

  6. Legends for their first 120 games:
    • LeBron 2680 points
    • Malone 1091 rebounds
    • Hakeem 337 blocks
    • Curry 242 three

Wemby for his first 120 games:
    • 2738 points
    • 1301 rebounds
    • 448 blocks
    • 274 three

    Out of this world 👽
