Fought to the end

Justin, I didn’t see a poker face right there. God is good. That’s all I got to say. I mean, it’s simple. God is good. All the uh trials and tribulations we’ve had this whole season from last week to this week to just all the noise around um you know, like I said earlier in the week, I I found my piece in him. So, I’m going to keep it short and simple, which God is good. Well, you told us that that was the key. It’s bringing the confidence from the practice field onto this field. Yeah. How did you do it today? Yeah, we did a great job. Um, you know, I just told the guys before the game three things. Belief, focus, and just playing free and and having fun out there. So, you know, we did a great job out there. I’m proud of all the guys. Proud of the defense, proud of the offense, and uh we fought to the end. Finally, win number one. How do you build off of win number one? We keep going. We keep going. I mean, um, you know, just keep building. Keep getting 1% better each and every day and keep working. Give us one of those smiles. Just one. Appreciate you.

  34. Love that Fields came out despite the noise and AG did a better job with game management. Both of them know what is at stake, AG wanted Fields and with an 0-7 start the vultures started circling. They fell behind early but once that 4th quarter came around the defense clamped down and the Jets just kept battling. This is that GRIT that AG keeps on preaching. Good win to enter the bye week, 9 games left afterwards hopefully we can churn out another few wins and at least get back to 5 wins.
