There are far too many players on this roster who could be considered “Billy’s guys” and have had security despite a lack of performance when it counts.
If you can move them, you should.
This roster is stagnant. They keep switching out the decorations in the living room but there’s a fucking sectional which dominates the space.
Time for some new furniture.

They got to read the Christmastime in July comments as well. Then the big additions are Tarasenko and rookies and Nico Sturm, who is out with a backiotomy.
This is the tough year of the buyouts.
This is a Minnesota sports team. Whoever let themselves get hope clearly hasn’t been paying attention for the last 30+ years. I gave up hoping for title contenders 10 years ago and I’ve been happier since then. The Lynx do us proud and thats all we got. MN won’t ever see another title in mens sports again. Women’s will follow when it becomes closer in money to their male counterparts.
Hey, at least the Iowa Wild are tearing it up, so the future is bright.

The math never made sense for that to be true. Faber and Rossi on their ELCs and then signing their 2nd contracts ate up pretty much all of what the team received in dead cap relief this year compared to last year.
