AND NOTHING WILL HAPPEN BEFORE THAT 1,000th GAME IS PLAYED SOON. THE OTHER THING TOO IS IT CAME OUT THIS WEEK THAT HIS TRADE STATUS HAD CHANGED. HE’S NO LONGER GOT A FULL NO-TRADE CLAUSE. HE’S GOT A 13 TRADE LIST AND ALL THESE TEAMS ARE FINDING OUT IF I AM ON THE LIST AND WHAT DO WE DO TO SELL HIM ON THE POTENTIAL IF CALGARY GOES DOWN THAT ROAD. THE OTHER THING TO CHECK ON IS PAVEL ZACHA AND VANCOUVER. MY BUDDY RICK DHALIWAL REPORTED THAT THE CANUCKS CONTACTED THE BRUINS WITH ZACHA. THAT’S TRUE AND IT’S BEEN GOING ON OR SOME TIME.   5. So tired of Ran MacLean. They need to put in place a standard method of attachment with the mask that doesn't come off as easily and then always blow the play down when the mask comes off. The goalie can't immediate leave the ice like a player does when their helmet comes off. Safety should take prioity.

  6. Holding the stick should be called …. it's a clear penalty and I hate seeing in the game. Call it every time no matter what and players will for the most stop doing it.

  12. the real problem is really is the ref knows he's holding the stick and calls it anyways, we can see it through the tele, so he definatly can see it, the ref should be looking at it as you take both or none, do a better job on the fly

  14. From what I saw, these goalie's mask are so loose, a small breeze is enough to have them off. Toronto goalie mask came off cuz he looked down, noone touched him. Same with Hill, he looked left and there goes the mask. Utah goalie took his own mask off when he raised his arm. Maybe these goalies should adjust things a bit tighter cuz it looks to me like they trying to lose their mask on purpose to stop the play in high chances situation.

  18. Helmets with chin straps. Go back to the Kelly Hrudey and Dom Hasek days.

    Yeah masks are cool and they are an opportunity for creative expression by the goalie, but they goalies intentionally keep them loose now and flip them off at times.

    Helmets, remove the buckles, or if a mask comes off without substantial contact, it's a delay of game penalty.
