Fun fact: I was on the install crew for that McDonalds sign, back in the day. As long as the McDonalds was there, we had free parking for Cubs games, all we had to do was call the franchiser and he’d let the store know.

Forgot to add – I have tried everything, cant find any kind of value/comps – if anyone can find any value trails of this, I would REALLY appreciate it. It’s a keeper for me, I just wanna see if I got as much as I think out of the sale.. Go cubs !
