I am going to try to get a jersey for the games I'm heading to mid January, weekend after a retirement party. I wanted to steal the other person's idea for a Fedorov jersey, would be cool with the A.
Then I got the idea to have a jersey with each numerical value on it, since I'm halfway there (missing 0,2,6,8,9). Current collection:
5 – Lidstrom
14 – Shanahan
53 – Seider
71 – Larkin
Getting Fedorov (91) would only get me one new digit. Then I did a shallow dive on who wore what.
96 – Holmstrom two new digits and likely my favorite player as a kid, as I would likely play like him (if I ever played hockey), parked in front of the goalie, because I never really ice skated.
20 – Redman two new digits, 'nuff said.
9/19 – Howe/Yzerplan
Additionally, my buddy sent me a random assortment of Red Wings cards mostly from the early 90's. I've already grabbed the players that I knew, but there were a couple duplicates. If anyone has interested, I'll send them your way.

Redmond. Easy decision since hes been with the Wings since 1970 or 55 of the last 100 years….
can’t go wrong with Howe, Yzerman, Lidstrom, Fedorov, Datsyuk, Zetterberg. Hasek or Ozzy would be cool. Probert or Kocur too. I decided to get Seider but my next choice was Hull.
My vote on a centennial jersey would be Redmond.
Someone with Detroit their entire career would be my priority. Mick is a great idea.
