This was from a Divison 3 college team btw, crazy
Not surprising but this is ALWAYS why I say “Coaching STAFF” when discussing our top tier coaching staff. It’s not a single person, it’s a group of people working to make this team successful from a coaching stand point. Spo is the most important and impactful coach on staff but it’s not a one person operation.
