Colorado Avalanche at San Jose Sharks | FULL Overtime Highlights – November 1, 2025

The Sharks and Colorado headed for overtime. The ABS 0 for two. Sharks have been in four of them and they are two and two, including their most recent outing in Minnesota in one of the wildest overtimes you’ll ever see. One by the Sharks on a Macklin Celibbrini goal back on Sunday with shift length 347 347 335 for Ecklundrren and Winber. Minnesota had the puck for 3 minutes and 40 seconds. The Sharks had it for 7 seconds at one. And Mac would say, “I got this. Thanks, guys. I got this.” Oh, here you go. I think coming into this on paper, you’d say, “Take this team to overtime, get a point, a chance for two.” You take that. Sharks against Colorado. Absolutely. Hey, the Sharks honestly first break they survived this the storm and they just kept getting stronger as the game went on. Wenberg, Ecklund, and Olaf for the Sharks. McKinnon, Nelson, and Mar for Colorado. And the Sharks win the draw and they get the puck. They’ve got it. And they’ve got a twoon one. It’s Wenberg with Orlock. Alex Wenberg skates in. Or shoots. saved by Blackwood working as it comes to McKinnon. He’ll send it back for Kale Mar. The Sharp change up and Celibbrini and Smith come on with Olaf. Cavs make a change too. Here’s Val Nushkin. McKinnon stays on with Mar. And now Mar heads off as Nushkin goes to the net hard and it’s saved by Ascarov and hits Reason. Good job by the Sharks to create their first chance. Twoon one. Good pass across. McKenzie Blackwood with the blocker save. The big man makes this save and Duskin realizes he’s going up against a forward. So he drops shoulder, drives towards the net. Look at that extension of the right leg by Yaros Slav Ascarov. Terrific job. Sharks with the puck. Here’s Will Smith at center against Devont Taves. One-on-one and Will will carry it back out. Give it for Celibbrini. They’re back on side. Celebr. There’s a little miscommunication there between Will Smith and uh they want to give that away. And now more miscommunication and Kale Mar with the puck for Colorado. He’ll come in with speed. Lost it for a moment. Brings it hard back all the way into his own zone and the Sharks will change up. Kurished Lenberg and Eland. Come on. Three-po gets it back from McKinnon but it’s out of his reach. No icing. Lindberg skating free of nature. A headman pass for Kishv. Philip scores. Philip Kish an overtime winner. Here’s Lavas getting the congratulations. He played a heck of a game. Philip Kuresev, what a shot that was. That play was going to be an icing. Then it was waved off. Alex Wentford brings it up and then Kurishv snap and maybe that stick by Mar threw off Mack of Kenzie Blackwood a little bit but what a shot. What a finish and the Sharks beat the Colorado Avalanche. Wow. On backto back games. The Sharks take down at the time the top teams in the NHL. New Jersey here on Thursday, Colorado here this afternoon. And that ends a 12game winless streak against the Avalanche. 3-2. The Sharks win it in overtime.
