  1. A proper practice facility with recovery focus might help. That’s my 2 cents.

    We will always have a tough schedule due to location. Having proper facilities is key.

    The new age type stuff from Gillis era was the closest we got.

    Sleep science
    Sauna
    Cold plunge
    Infrared therapy
    Float tanks.
    Circadian rhythm therapy
    Hydration therapy
    Acupuncture

    This kinda stuff. Again just my 2 cents. I’ve only been watching this team struggle with injury for 40+ years
