The best three teams in the NFC, not not I’m sorry, not best. Who would you trust the most to get to the Super Bowl in the NFC right now? Philadelphia. What are you? Seattle. No. No. No. Seattle makes way too many mistakes. They’re too young and they’re not they’re just not buttoned up yet. I I you know, it’s Lions. You hear that? Seattle Seahawks fans. They’re not buttoned up. They’re not good enough. don’t have the confidence in them. And Colin left y’all outside of his herd hierarchy. Seattle at 11, the Chargers at 12. Seattle at 11. Why do the Seattle Seahawks get such disrespect right now? I don’t even understand. And earlier in the segment, Collins said that Baker Mayo is the best deep ball passer, which is not even true. Sam Darnold’s been elite, by the way. But we’re not we’re not going to get into the whole Sam versus Baker. But Seattle fans, this is why you follow me. This is why you subscribe. This is why you all show up because I find you little nuggets like this, okay? This is this is why you show up. Right now, I’m making this video at literally 12:00 at night. uh in a few hours. I got to go to the hospital cuz my dad is going to be getting surgery uh which is going to be a whole day at like we got to be there at 6:00 a.m. So, this is it’s going to be a crazy day. I’m recording all these videos uh ahead. So, because I don’t know what tomorrow is going to officially look like. I don’t know when I’m going to be able to record. Uh but I wanted to make sure that I got as much content as much as I can. So, uh do want to thank you Seahawks fans for always showing up, for always subscribing, for always watching the full length of the videos. It means the absolute world and I’m and I try to pay it forward which is why I’m going to try to make a video out of this little sound bite of just nah not the Seahawks. No, they’re too young. They’re not buttoned up. They make too many mistakes. What are we What are we saying right now? Who do you feel better about right now? The the the Seahawks or the Bucks? Like I I I I don’t I don’t get it. the Patriots, who I think have been awesome. You have all the faith in the world in the Patriots, but not but but not the Seahawks. Like, I I don’t I don’t that defense has been legit has been awesome. Okay, the the Sam Darnold and the Seahawks offense has been awesome. I don’t I don’t understand. I mean, they’re fifth. So, they’re top five in points score 27.6 six and points against their seventh with 19.4, but they’re not even a top 10 team, huh? I mean, I want to put this in further context here, okay? Because now this is points scored. This is total points scored on the year. It’s not the best stat. You know, all of these things always need to be put into context because sometimes you you score a ton on a really bad team that really inflates that and whatnot. Even though the Tex the last game the Seahawks played against Texans, which is a great defense, and put up more points than that Texans team has ever given up, uh top defense in the NFL where I think they’re averaging like 12 points per game. And I think that changed now. I think it’s a little bit higher specifically because of what the Seattle Seahawks did. But to uh total points scored right now, I really want to highlight this for a couple reasons. Because when you when you look at it a little bit lower, uh you have the Packers, uh you have the Commanders, uh you have of course above the the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but like I want what I want you to realize is is that the Chargers played eight games. Uh the the Packers played seven. Um the Buccaneers played eight, the Broncos played eight, the Eagles played eight, the Patriots played eight, the Chiefs played eight. The Lions had played seven, uh, the Cowboys played eight, uh, and the Colts played eight. And yet you have the Seahawks right at 193. So they’re they’re top 10 even though they’ve played one less game than the vast majority of the teams ahead of them. Um, they’re right there. The Buccaneers have only scored 197 points. So, as long as the Seahawks in their next game score at least four points, okay, I I think you’re pretty good. I think you’re going to catch the Buccaneers. Uh, same thing with the Broncos. You’re right. Again, the Eagles, the Patriots, like you’re you’re you’re you’re right there, okay, to surpass all of this. And then though, when you look at these other teams, when you look at points allowed, now points allowed obviously you benefit from playing less games for sure, but the margin is really huge. one more game. It’s not the difference between giving up 42, right? As long as you don’t give up 42 points in your next game or so, you’re you’re significantly better than what the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are doing, right? You’re right on par with the Denver Broncos, who have been a great defense. But again, arguably ahead like it all depends, right? It’s it’s going to balance out. This is why the the the total points don’t always make 100% sense uh to do this. But when you’re just looking at the other top teams and you can see the points allowed and the points scored, considering what the Seahawks have been able to do, it’s pretty remarkable. So to downplay that does not make any sense to me whatsoever at all. But like the Seahawks and the Steelers, they scored 31 31 to 17. This is early in the season when this team needed to like get together. New quarterback, new coordinator and whatnot. 31 to 17. Hanging 31 and holding the Steelers to only 17 points. It’s better than what the Packers did. Packers scored 35 points, but the Seers scored more points. Seahawks were in control of that game start to finish. Packers and the Steelers was definitely a little bit more of a battle. The Saints 44 to13. Uh Seahawks obviously the Bucks. Do you see what the Bucks just did against the Saints? Uh you know, they they didn’t hang 44. That’s for sure. Uh Seahawks Cardinals, tougher divisional game. Uh and then of course the Buccaneers versus Seahawks. Crazy game. That is where the Seahawks made a mistake. Play calling. That was the mistake. What are you doing? Right. What what are you doing with the trick plays? And yeah, you you take a knock on that. I would say that the Buccaneers were playing above who they really are. And I do not think that the Seahawks were playing above who they who they are. Um the Buccaneers needed everything to be perfect for them to have that. The Seahawks obviously made some mistakes and yet they were right there. I’d love to see a rematch of that game. I think it would look very very very differently. Uh Seahawks Jags, that was a nothing B. I mean like the the the the onslaught that the Seahawks brought Jacksonville uh and the pressure of Trevor Lawrence was just it was violent. It was violent. you’re there’s if you ever rewatch that game, there’ll be a rated R, you know, TVMA to watch that game. Um, and then again, the Texans and the Seahawks, yeah, that game got a little weird. You had a bunch of turnovers. Um, some of them were unbelievable plays. The one interception was unbelievable. And yeah, again, some couple mistakes with play calling, which I I ripped. And so, like, that’s where some of the mistakes are with the play calling. You have to have faith that when you see a little bit of that, the Seahawks are going to understand, hey, let’s let’s let’s not get too cute. Or if we want to continue to get cute, we’re going to really make sure that we’re but we’re going to really drill down, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice. You got to have some sort of faith here that they will get it done. So, I just I just don’t understand where you draw the line at the Seahawks and say, “Ah, they’re too young, too injury or too mistake prone and what like that. That doesn’t make a lot of sense to me. I’m failing to connect those dots. Um, now they’re going to be playing the Commanders. I assume Jane Daniels isn’t playing. We’ll find out. That team is a mess right now. Now, I’m excited to see what the Seahawks defense has in store and what that Seahawks offense has in store for the Commanders defense. Cardinals again, I don’t know. Is it uh Jacobe Brassette? Is it Kyler M? Like, you know, I don’t know. Also a divisional game. Rams, that’s the big game obviously, right? Seahawks, Rams, obviously it also is mega important. Uh Titans should be, you know, pretty straightforward. Vikings, Carson Went surgery now, and I assume it’s going to be JJ McCarthy if he’s healthy enough by November 30th. The dude hasn’t been able to stay healthy for more than literally uh five minutes, so who actually knows? Falcons should be an interesting game. Uh I assume Penn will be back by then and back in action. The Colts, Rams, like there there are some tough games here. No doubt about it. And so if we’re going to be doing rankings and uh worry about uh you know what team can get to the Super Bowl or what team should be a top 10 team, like the Seahawks are clearly playing as a top 10 team. the schedule will definitely give them their share of easy wins which will then obviously continue to boost their their their spot in the standings. And then they have a collection of tough barometer games that should really let you know, hey, where you at right now? Are are you better than the you know, you have the Rams at six, who are the Seahawks? Who’s who’s Seattle right now? Uh you know, you got the Colts at three. And again, th those teams deserve to be up there, right? like this isn’t this isn’t an eitheror thing for me. Um but I just Yeah, it’s the Seahawks, man. It’s so funny to me. Uh I I really do feel like I’m the only one that just keeps pounding the table for the Seattle Seahawks. Um and it’s just it’s just natural. It’s just organic. like it it’s just it’s just like how it it’s just it’s just what I see honestly. Um, like when I heard Colin say that cuz I was doing a Detroit Lions video and I heard him say that and I immediately am like first off I’m like what did he just say? And then I’m like I am definitely turning that into a Seahawks video and then I do the the herd hierarchy and I see that he doesn’t have Seattle there because now he goes through 10 nine eight seven. I’m like where is he going to keep where is Seattle? cuz at one point he had Seattle like six or five like he was like Seahawks I think they’re a top team and then they continued to play like a top team but he’s like no I’m taking them out like he ripped them for that game against the Texans and I’m just like I don’t I don’t understand doesn’t make sense to me doesn’t make sense to me so it’s good to have the Seahawks done with their buy get back in action get to talk about some games. Uh hopefully they did a nice little audit. Usually when you have a buy, you you really it gives you the opportunity to really look at your own team, look at what you do great, look at what you need to work on, look at what you just need to abandon all together because you just got you don’t got time for it. Uh so I’m I’m curious to see if there’s any changes, any elevations in this team. I assume there will be. That’s what happens when you’re a well-run team and a well coached team on both sides of the ball and the Seahawks happen to be well coached and wellrun on both sides of the ball and have the roster to support it. So, I imagine they’re going to come out the gate and and and looking pretty good moving forward. So, I’m excited. I don’t got doubts. I’m not concerned about their youth. I’m not concerned about their mistake proness, which I don’t even really necessarily see as being the case outside of a couple of the play calling. Any of the other issues that we would say are mistakes or not mistakes, they were nice plays. Shake handshake to the 49ers. Bosa forcing that fumble. Handshake to Todd B dialing up that perfect blitz and uh you know, hitting Sam Darnold, right? Like it’s just handshake, man. Sometimes it’s just Yeah, good job. You You got the best of me in that moment. Those things happen. It’s not necessarily injury, you know? I mean, I don’t know why I keep saying injury prone. It’s not those not necessarily mistaken prone, right? The uh the Stingley interception was elite was special, right? Like it just just is what it is. I don’t know. Doesn’t mean that uh you got to knock the team down uh literally like six pegs. Madness. madness. But those are just my thoughts. I’d absolutely love to hear yours.
