1. I know its early still, but Im starting to think Trotz might be real good at drafting

2. Surin feels so translatable to the NHL. A legit center in a league where there aren’t enough centers to go around.

3. These clips are why I still have hope. Yeah this season is cooked, but we have so many promising prospects in the pipeline for next couple years, that its hard to be completely doom and gloom. If we can get another top 5 pick this year to add to the pile, we will be very nicely set up to transition from the Forsberg/Josi era.

4. Can’t wait til Surin and Ufko make the jump to the bigs, add in Kemmel, Martin, Molendyk and Ivancovik and the Preds could be really good in about 5 years, so long as we don’t have any messed up development
