  1. > At 23 years, 191 days old on the final day of the 2025 regular season, Winn is the youngest Cardinals player to win a Gold Glove Award, per the Elias Sports Bureau, and the fourth Cards shortstop to win the honor (also Edgar Renteria in 2002 and ’03, Ozzie Smith from 1982-92 and Dal Maxvill in 1968).
    Winn, whose +21 OAA was tied for third among all position players this past season, is also the fifth-youngest shortstop (by age at the end of the regular season) to win a Gold Glove.

  2. As good as his glove is, I’ve been more impressed with his offense. He’s been making a very disciplined approach.

  3. Love this for him. Watching the way he plays and approaches the game has been a rare bright spot of late.
