> At 23 years, 191 days old on the final day of the 2025 regular season, Winn is the youngest Cardinals player to win a Gold Glove Award, per the Elias Sports Bureau, and the fourth Cards shortstop to win the honor (also Edgar Renteria in 2002 and ’03, Ozzie Smith from 1982-92 and Dal Maxvill in 1968).
Winn, whose +21 OAA was tied for third among all position players this past season, is also the fifth-youngest shortstop (by age at the end of the regular season) to win a Gold Glove.
Absolutely deserved. Hope he can heal up and be just as solid next year
As good as his glove is, I’ve been more impressed with his offense. He’s been making a very disciplined approach.

One bright spot for a crappy season. Congrats Masyn hopefully many more to come!
Love this for him. Watching the way he plays and approaches the game has been a rare bright spot of late.
