NHL Highlights | Flames vs. Flyers – November 2, 2025

Brendan and Eric talked about it. It’ll be a line that we saw a lot in preeason in training camp. Frost at center between Ubero and Coronado. On the back end, it’ll be Hanley and Weaguer. Underway in Philadelphia. Glad you’re with us tonight. Both these teams played last evening. Flames yesterday in Nashville for a matinea which they pushed the in the third but lost. Weaguer Tolasov and he fought that one off on the Ryan. Husker would like the whole group to do what Breck just did, but specifically 19. Move that puck quicker as Kates allows Dustin Wolf to get some action. His first stop of the hockey game. Oh, he’s in his career encroaching on game 1000, which we expect to arrive at home next week. Wolf will snare that one. Cross able to get the better of his former teammate on that exchange off escape though keeps it alive for Philadelphia with a shot. That one off the post. Spirus defenseman Nick Ser is just going to rip this one near side off the post and almost went off a couple bodies and wow remember Zegress he has been all world since coming over to Philadelphia playing for Rick Tocket. points in nine of 11 for Ziggris back trying to go after that puck and swing it right back ahead. They do quickly thanks to Hanley, but the pass from Cadri throws Ferby for a moment. In comes Ary shot right on and plays are going to change quickly here. The Flyers and change directions. Both teams getting organized, changing on the fly. Zris steps over the line, shoots, stopped by Wolf. He’s got it. Glove to Crest. Four points in his last four. Flames would love to see something started here. Coleman driving the net hard. In fact, it comes off behind Kasaw this year. And from the neutral zone, Anderson starts it off. Gets the puck up quickly and it’s just a you blow a tire. Noah Jules just falls down. I think he’s lost an edge. Watch this. Right there on the inside edge go falls down like a bag of hammers and like I’ll take that puck and watch him at the end here just go into Kola. Cross directing it towards Hubo. Coronado there as well. Filters back to the line. The Hall shot handled by Kasov. We know what he can do with the puck. Play without the puck has improved. You’re right. Here’s Farby holding on. shoots left pad kicked out by Kolasovic supported by Coleman. Long ranger on and back is ready but no second chance available. Those orders but trying to beat Kolasov. 18 games of NHL experience before tonight. A long flyers breakaway didn’t reach the back of the net. flames the other way trying to find a late one. Coronado right through the crease and Kasov opening frame. Wager in drag shoots. Point play stopped by Kasov with it. Fairby with some help from Sharon Govich. And they do. Fairby into the corner. Sharon Govich twists those hips. Up he goes to Weaguer. One-time Anderson blocker away. Well, trying to dig in here. There was some question as to whether there would be an additional penalty called at the 20 minute mark on the Flyers for the high stick from Sanheim. Flames aggressive coming right after the Flyers here trying to push it. Grinddale exchanges then shoots and a glove stop by Wolf reaching out. Flyers from the line. Hard wrist. We’ve seen that on the blocker side. Coleman able to find an avenue out and that’ll slide down the ice. Couple of real strong plays on the board. Weer closing quickly and then Coleman with a nice little poke out of the zone. York drops back. 5 seconds remaining in the Calgary kill. Connectney actually sent that to himself in around Couture up the boards out of the box as Anderson Waltime came through but didn’t reach the Calgary net. Flames back to five on five. York a shot right pad saved by Wolf. Boy, did he ever pick that up well through traffic. Steered the rebound away also. Hubo scores. [Applause] [Music] Hot shot from Hubo. Surprise Kasov. And Calgary has a one- nothing lead. It deflects. Watch right here. The puck goes that elevates right off the stick of York. The goal scorer connecting gets past him. Has a pass in. Swings over. Ball save by Dustin Wolf to Ron Zamula. Shs him down. Here’s the last opportunity. A beautiful pass there from Kknney. And then Zamula is going to get all of this shot. And oh that’s a Coronado has a taker. Kubo to draw shoots. Dangerous that pass in behind a bobles picked up by Sherangovic flying in. Sharing shoots and frozen is Kasov. He’s got the puck knew it was behind him somewhere able to locate prevention back to the line. Dale round back to the slot and O missed on the trapper side inside the Calgary zone. Anderson around beachcom off the stick of Lober right on the Kasaw boot Santa Claus flyers down the side glove stop Wolf men’s health a lot of the players are doing it this month we can do our part and maybe I’ll even grow mine out yeah there a mustache for Parker I like it what year was that Brendan ball oh I think he would have had Siri had the move and not put the clutches on him. Bobby or Brick right onto Dustin Wall. What a hit by Cadry. Derek shoots didn’t handle it cleanly but kept it out and Calgary gets it back out. Backing up with it. Sanheim backhander in Weaguer’s equipment. Wol had to come over in case it shaken free right back to Naz Cry. Traffic in front. Drops for ball. Ball in. Shuffles out in front. Paul Baraby had his stick down. All lined up. Back to Philadelphia. 20 miles to go. There’s a guy that skated a lot, Jason. Oh, he skated a few miles. He leads everybody tonight with 4.02 km skated off the glass. Wolf did a great job to knock that one down. Flyers pick it off though. Almost shoots and Morgan Frost help turned it over. Sanheim shoots that one missed on the glove side ends up right on top of Wolf. That is mayhem out there. Flames trying to sort it out. Sanheim a shot. Wolf will do that. Oh, he was blocking a lot. You’re right. Frank shoots right out of the glove of Wol, but he swats it away. Coleman in the meantime cross by the Flyers net. Pull shoots and right against the post is Kolasov. Big reason why they’ve only given up 12 shots obviously the shot blocks but down low all kinds of support. Waguer scores. McKenzie Wager gets the puck through and Calgary makes it two nothing in the third on the line so many times with the shot blocks and it comes right off the draw. Nice D to D and you know it’s it’s kind of a nothing shot but again look at the traffic in front of the net. You got Hooverville right there and yeah I think he gets a stick on that because you can see the puck just dive down. We’ll get another look here. A better look as you see Hoover Hoover right there. Yeah, he get Oh yeah biting the other way. Ball’s got some room. Ball carries this in. Anderson to the net. Big save by Kola to the line. Zamula makes a play to keep it in. Zamula shoots song. Hey, he’s had a busy night and so far a productive one. Connecting snared by Wol all over that bang bang. You don’t have a chance to set if you’re the defense. That’s a set play as connecting pair of goals from trying to battle right to the finish line in this one. Shot from the line that nearly fooled Wol. [Music] Money draw. Time ticking down. Henley’s got it. And Calgary will come up with a big road win. Two-1 the final in Philadelphia. [Music]

Jonathan Huberdeau added two goals to his season tally, Dustin Wolf stopped 17 shots on the night, and the Calgary Flames took a 2-1 win over the Philadelphia Flyers.

  1. BWAHAHAHA Philaturdphia losing to the Cowtown lames is proof they’ll never accomplish anything significant despite having the Russian wonder boy on their side. Have you no shame flyers? Oilers could NEVER lose to the worst team in sports and most poverty franchise in the league

  2. Classic Cowtown! fLames and bribing the refs to rig and steal wins from other teams seems is a tale as old as time they say. Keep those bush league witch-hunt traditions alive fLames karma tends to strike these low hanging fruit for teams who cheat to win

  3. Imagine sitting down to watch this entire low talent, snoozer. Even the ‘highlights’ were deadly dull. I put it on 2x speed to make it more exciting. These teams aren’t making any must watch lists.

  4. Using AI to create these? – just showing every shot even if its a muffin that a beer league goalie could stop. Hardly a highlight. The one was from the neutral zone.

  5. These are two teams with no chance to play offs. The game was boring….compared to many others.

These teams lack grind, and goal scoring skills. Goalies played though ok. The only positive thing.
