Sounds like someone’s getting fired end of season

  1. I volunteer as interim OC. My play style the rest of the season will be once we get to the 45, send out kaimi. They can’t outscore our kicker.

  2. I’m sorry, but Mills couldn’t hit the right side of a barn today. Unless the receiver stopped and waited for the ball he was wildly inaccurate. This isn’t a loss I would pin on Caley, especially considering how our offense was winning the battle up until Stroud got knocked out.

  3. DeMeco is the man. The man needs to hire a real OC. Remember when we had a Super Bowl offense and high school defense? They made Kubiak hire a real DC. That may be what happens here. We are wasting talent.

  4. Demeco should have ran the clock out with that horrible field position at the end but they pass it all 3 downs to give the game away. That falls on him.

  5. Are we really gonna have 3 OC’s is 3 years though? Feels like a disservice to our offense. I feel like our offense being decent and our red zone offense being SO bad is probably a pretty decent indication that it’s a play calling issues. But also, is it possible to improve as a play caller through out the length of the season?

  6. I still think Mills is a capable back up. O line is still a massive issue. We need o line like crazy this draft.

  7. At this point when do you put it on Dameco?

He does so many things bad. His time management is an absolute joke.

  8. The cardinal sin in this league is not to learn from your mistakes and Caley doesn’t want to learn

  9. Our backup QB can’t throw to his left more than 5 yards past the los and complete it. He fears getting hit and panics. He 97% throws to his right or 1 or 2 yds around the los. It’s really sad and makes me wonder why we haven’t traded or cut him yet. He has no confidence in his abilities at all. Thought he was gonna piss himself a couple of times. He should of stayed in college. Starting 5 college games does not make a NFL QB. Backups are never going to be as good as the starter, but if they can’t spread ball around it makes it so much easier on the defense. Glad CJ is alright and cleared protocol. Learning a new offense in season is difficult. Players have to have confidence in the system and play caller or well you don’t have to imagine you’re witnessing it currently right in front of your eyes. Defense is doing great 👍. Offense needs a new back up QB maybe a veteran starter who still has something in the tank and a TE who can block and catch a seam route and another RB under 25yrs old. Also, keep taking more linemen.

  10. Watching live, it was weird they didn’t realize they had a playoff team, with a coach and QB with a lot to prove on the ropes, and didn’t clock-manage into OT.

The McNair widow thing was grotesque in an amusing way too.

Bronco fans traveled well and dominated fan energy.

  11. He’s not getting fired. What will likely happen is CJ comes back and the first game is iffy and then we pick back up where we left off and turn into a competent offense that moves the ball again. At some point the RZ offense will be ok. All this on the back of CJ just being spectacular. But he’ll be comfortable and it’s hard to ask a QB to change teachers again when he’s already comfortable.

  12. The offense is offensive. I have called more elaborate and create plays for my son’s flag football team than Caley has for the Texans
