  1. I don’t even know if he’s good or not. I’m just glad to have a GM who doesn’t sit around idle, especially when we’ve got a shot.

  2. We have 3 3rd round picks (our own, one from the Jets, and one comp)

I don’t hate this move at all

EDIT: Per Field Yates, Phillips will also count towards our comp pick formula this offseason.

    Makes this trade even better

  3. Third round pick is a pretty high price for a guy coming off massive injuries. He definitely has high upside though and I’m definitely cool with them doing this while their window is open

  4. Third is a bit steep for a guy who is going to be a FA next season. He’s also had two season ending injuries the last two seasons in a row….want to be hyped and hope I get proved wrong.

  5. Dolphin fan here. Guy is really athletic with a great get off. The problem is he sometimes cannot finish the sack and does need some d line help to draw some doubles away from him. He also has been injury prone with a bad knee injury that kept him out for most of all of a season.

This is a good get for the eagles for a 3 as in your scheme and your talent on the dline, he will be able to focus on rushing the passer. He is a free agent at the end of this year.

  6. As a condition of the trade Phillips will have to legally change his first name to Jalen.

  7. Doesn’t matter if he’s a rental or not. These are the moves you make when you’re trying to repeat.

  8. Young, productive, had experience playing under fangio. Cost isn’t cheap but what’s not to like here?

  9. Lmao mods getting called out so bad they have to restore the first post. Good on you for speaking up, OP!

  10. The mods deleting this post initially then deleting ops top comment on their repost is some soft shit.
