This ought to fix things
CALLE ROSEN IT GOES IN
JUST WHAT WE NEED TO TURN THIS SHIP AROUND ðŸ˜
Deck chairs on the titanic baby.
Welcome back to the Tbirds Rosen
HE HAS ROSEN
73-7-2 final record calling it now
I alrwady had my Rosen colored glasses on.
Doug getting all the Swede players here for Steen
The Rosen era has ~~begun~~ resumed.
Should have got nick leddy while we’re at it
So, we traded a 30-year old career AHL player, for a 31-year old career AHL player. Both have had some stints with the big club. They’re both LHD.
OK.
What is the front office smoking.
Schueneman was the our best D in the AHL. Like what does this trade accomplish?
Feels like a wash
this trade could have been an e-mail
Jokes aside, dude looked pretty good when he was here
Low key a very good move. I mean if either one of these guys were to be thrown into a big role, something is very wrong. But for what they are, this is smart.
Rosen may or may not be any better than Schueneman, but Rosen knows the Blues players and their system. This move is about having stability and depth for a leaky blue line. If you need an AHL tier veteran up in a pinch to back fill, I’m good choosing familiarity.
Not a game changing move by any means, but just a good smart move.
Gimme Rosen as our 7th over Kessel all day however with Springfield being complete ass I could see this move being for them.

Does that mean Mailloux going down? He’s the only one that doesn’t need to clear waiver. Tucker wouldn’t get send down for sure, Kessel might. They just might keep Rosen in the AHL, but why even traded out Schueneman when both players are more or less the same… Serviceable, but more of a 7/8th defensemen role.
WE. ARE. SO. BACK!!!
Like Adam Cracknell before him, I’ll never give up on Rosen
Teams do make small moves on a regular basis. No reason for so much snarkiness.

Who fucking cares?
I actually love Rosen a lot. Wish he would get more playing time outside the minors.
I was thinking they were going to bring Suter back, but this is an option to help the back end.
**THE PRODIGAL SON HAS RETURNED**
How will history remember the Corey Schueneman era?
I like Rosen a lot more than Schueneman
Surely I can’t be the only one who’s realizing he played 49 games with us in 22-23? I knew he played a good chunk of the season in our lineup, but I would have guessed around a couple dozen games from my memory lol. I suppose that means I didn’t remember him either being a major liability on the ice or a major offensive contributor (though he did manage to notch 18 points which isn’t bad at all for a 3rd pairing guy). I’ll take a stable journeyman in the 7 spot if he’s needed again. Assuming he hasn’t fallen off a cliff, I like this trade just fine.
