So, that’s what I’d like to see the Spurs do. And it’s not easy to have a legend, leave your team, retire, whatever, and then have somebody come in and fill that role just as well. And filling one of these shoes are going to be probably not likely or possible, but maybe have players good enough that the team is still good. Gosh, you know what I thought of? This felt like year 1 Wemby/spurs where they don't get Victor involved early. And Vics gotta impose his will and not pass it out so much

Harper definitely the best player on the court. He deserves to be a starting 5.
Also, the Spurs refused to play physical, especially Wemby. Few actions would have worth the team to "man up" and show more character. The team is too kind.
Finally, I feel Mitch was asleep a bit. I've not seen changes in QT3 regarding intensity, physicality, and also within the use of Wemby.

+ Vic had 2 bad game (last 2) where he was to static, not agressive enough and a bit to much not selfish enough. He should have shoot a little bit more vs the suns rather than pass but even if the pass were good.
For now we are 5-1 with a good schedule in november. Nothing is horrible and they made franchise history with this 5-0 start.
