What does this mean for next year? I don’t I kind of felt this during the year too. I don’t think the gap is maybe as wide as people think in the National League in the National League West. Like it’s that is an older team that you see a lot of these guys and you just you just go like that guy’s not who he was. and Otani is the best in the world and Yamamoto might be the best pitcher in the world and they have Snell and Glasnau and they have all these advantages and um they have a lot of young pitching at some point everyone they have is going to stop having Tommy John but uh I I think they’re not now look they might go out this offseason and go like the offense sucked the entire World Series and we would have lost without Yamamoto so let’s go get like three dudes and let’s spend that conformto money elsewhere um but I think if you’re the Giants, you come away from this going like that team’s you can get to them in October. I think hell, you might be able to get to them during the regular season next year just given the right circumstances and them coming off two straight really long seasons. And we think they’re probably going to be very careful with a lot of these arms next early next season. Like I think it should be motivating a little bit and it should be motivating going in the offseason seeing what Toronto did and and what can happen. I’m curious if Tony Vitello went to game seven because he went to game one and he went to game three and Sherzer’s one of his best friends and I’m curious if he went there and and what he has learned about what Toronto has put together cuz you also look at their lineup and there’s a lot of dudes like Ernie Clement who it’s like can you find a couple of those guys you know can you um they have Chris Basset throwing like huge innings for him all October like it it doesn’t always have to be the um doesn’t always have to be the superstars on the other side. Just get some more talent in here and get the right mix together and you might be in pretty good shape. So that would be my main takeaway is and I think that’s the main thing is get some more talent. Like not do what they did last offseason, which was add two players and then shut it down. Like go get six or seven new guys and throw them into this mix and see what happens. Yeah. Yeah. It’s it’s going to be interesting. I I look at that Dodgers team and I just don’t think that’s the way the Giants win is being the Dodgers. Um so before we got to walk before we run, we got to reset this rivalry and I’m really hoping seeing those players celebrate on the field again, seeing the the quotes we already talked about during the celebration happen. Um the Giants need to approach this season with a chip on their shoulder. They need to be the team that uh people are annoyed are coming into town.

  1. Dodgers have well over a billion in contracts. They buy everyones best players. They have depth at every position. Theyre stacked like no other team before in history of baseball. Look at how many aces they have. Ohtani=$700 mill, Snell, Glasnow, Kershaw, Yamamoto. Imagine Ramos playimg in WS. Giants would lose from his defense. Ramos is the worst ranked OF in MLB!!!! He has to make major imptivements or he gotta go!! Yes he csn hit but his glove stinks, he has issues exchanging the ball from glove to hand, he fumbles alot.
