I noticed that team has swapped the loon sound for a roar when there's a successful penalty kill and our player returns to the ice.
I honestly think it's kinda lame. The loon was perfect and fun. I think we need to put pressure on them to bring the loon back. They can use the roar for goals, I suppose. I just want our majestic prison breaking state bird sound back.

Did they take it away or have we just killed off so few penalties that no one’s had a chance to hear it? Either way I’m team loon.

The loon is so overrated as an animal. Their sound is not a sound of solace but one of aggravation. They are a migratory bird that can’t be hunted just like some grebes that frequent lakes. Incredibly annoying sound. They bunch up on lakes come lake spring and you can’t get to sleep. Loons suck
It is a disgrace to the franchise to not have the loon.
